I placed my order online but then wanted to change the delivery date. Rang and spoke to a lovely person who was extremely efficient in making the changes. Kept updated regularly on progress of order and delivery. Delivery was prompt and the delivery person took the flowers to my daughter’s flat. She was absolutely delighted with the quality and content of the bouquet! Highly recommended.

The Xmas tree was beautiful

Reliable efficient

I ordered a Christmas tree for delivery on a Saturday but didn't receive the email to schedule delivery. I called the store that same Saturday and again on Monday and on Tuesday. Each time I was asked to wait 24 hours and told "the email will come." It finally came over 72 hours later, but by this time there was only one delivery window left on a date I was out of town. I called the store again and was told to "wait 24 hours" for them to figure out how to make things right. I waited and was never contacted. Called the store again and no help. Finally received an email from customer service because I never scheduled delivery. The customer service agent asked me to pick any date and any time that worked for me and he would make sure my tree was delivered. I asked for it on Tuesday at 10am (1.5 weeks after I initially placed my order). Tuesday came and still no tree. I emailed, I called, no one had any clue what happened. Finally reached someone at 4:30pm on Tuesday and she got my tree to me by 5:30pm that day. She apologized and promised to "make things right." I was expecting a refund, but never heard from her again. Then an email comes asking for my review. So here it is. I did finally receive my order, but nearly one and half weeks after placing it. And every person I spoke to asked me to wait 24 hours and then never called me back or offered any help.

Lovely product - as flower pots go - decent advice from being able to talk to a human being, and the delivery worked just right.

Very responsive

Flowers were delivered to the wrong address as there was no name on the order. The neighbour guessed they were for the intended recipient because they knew that their mother had recently died, and she’d received other flowers. The recipient’s partner collected them from the neighbour and noted that they were in a bashed condition, had no message and no mention of who they were from or for. He saw they from the Nunhead Gardener, so rang up and complained, getting a replacement bouquet, but I am very disappointed at this poor service and the loss of the message of condolence.
I’d change whoever does your deliveries.
