Kaia is a saint

Kaia is a saint. Well and truly, they take in your thoughts and put them to action all whilst maintaining a blinding bright sunny disposition. My queries are in fantastic hands and their customer service talents should be noted and rewarded in the highest form (which let’s be real, is financially) with immediate effect. Customer service is the most important role in any business and this person has got it down to a tee. I truly hope that Oodie, the amazing company that they are, treat their most outstanding employees with the upmost care and treatment, which is what I received as a customer from this individual. Even if you don’t believe in Oodie, believe in Kaia!!!!

Poor quality item & very poor customer service, seriously consider before buying!

I have previously purchased Oodies and been very pleased. I decided to treat myself to their Zip Through Outdoor Jacket in May 2025. The coat was not worn until winter and then only for a handful of times. After a few wears, unfortunately I had to stop wearing the coat as the zip no longer worked to fasten the coat. I recently contacted Oodie, to raise the concern about the quality of the jacket and it being fit for purpose as a coat. I would expect a coat to last more than one winter season with limited use.
Customer service was very poor, no offer to resolve or repair. I will not be using this brand any more as a result. Very, very poor!

Excellent Customer Service Experience

After placing an order for a last chance item, Oodie got in touch with me to inform me that the item had, through an overselling issue on the website, run out of stock permanently. However, after a back and forth conversation with Archie, a Senior Resolution Specialist at Oodie, they helped me sort out a replacement product at their expense. They were helpful and patient throughout the whole exchange and very understanding of the circumstances. I can vouch for the product quality of the main Oodie product through a family member who already owns one and they are wonderfully soft, sheep-like even. Very happy with my experience despite the mixup.

Quality has gone downhill

I left oodie a positive review many years ago but I’m now really disappointed by the decline in quality! I received an oodie dressing gown for Xmas, which are pretty expensive, and within 2 weeks the stitches had come lose on one pocket and it’s flapping about and unusable. Now only 3 months of light wear and there’s a big hole in the armpit. Not up to scratch!

Updated - after contacting customer services they sent out a free replacement which is great, still shouldn’t have happened but the new one seems okay. May have been unlucky!

Disgusting company, avoid

Scam of a company. Refused to pay out for top cashback despite top cashback confirming I clicked on their link and the purchase was tracked. I paid full price, no offer or discount was included in my purchase. The item I received was of poor quality. I was hoping to use the top cashback money to put towards the repairs. Disgusting company. Avoid!

Update - top cashback have kindly covered the cashback for the purchase which the Oodie refused. I can see on the tracking for the transaction on my top cashback account that the Oodie refused to pay it. I had to wait over a month for the oodie to look into it. The Oodie are liars and should not be trusted. Stay well away.

Oodie pyjamas

Always great products from Oodie bought some pyjamas for my mum as a gift and she loves them... really well made and great quality this company is my go too for pajamas and Oodies and can say that the collection is now growing I highly recommend this products and company 😁

Item never arrived despite order confirmation

Item never arrived despite the order being confirmed. Had to chase it up for over a week before being told that the item had oversold and they couldn't fulfill the order. They had dropped the price after we had ordered so were still selling it after running out of stock. Customer service and the order information on the site is terrible, as it still shows that the order is confirmed and no mention that there is an issue with it. I had to make contact multiple times before I found out what was going on and could request a refund. Quality of other products in the same order was good but I won't order from them again after this experience.
UPDATE: I did find the emails mentioned in their reply in my junk folder, the marketing emails kept coming through so I did not think to check if messages to me were going to spam. I also didn't use my name on this review but they shared it, which kind of defeats the purpose of the option to not use your name!

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced - this is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how disappointing this situation has been. To clarify what happened: we actually reached out to you on March 16th, just three days after your order was placed, to let you know that the item had unfortunately oversold and to offer several options to resolve the issue. When we didn’t receive a reply, we followed up again on March 19th, still before we had heard from you. When you later contacted us, we provided a screenshot dated with the original message to show that our communication had indeed been sent. Because we did not receive any bounce-back errors, the most likely explanation is that the emails were filtered into a spam or junk folder, which we understand can be extremely frustrating. As for the temporary price drop - this occurred before we discovered the oversell. The system continued to display and discount the item until our inventory checks caught the discrepancy. Once identified, the product was removed from sale. While we work hard to minimise oversells, they can still happen during periods of high demand.
We completely understand your disappointment, especially since your order page continued to show as confirmed when the item could no longer be fulfilled. We also appreciate you highlighting that the other items in your order arrived in good condition, though we’re truly sorry that this issue overshadowed your experience with us. Small print*

I bet Oodie's are nice and all but missed cutomer opportunity here just because of a stupid small print* on first time order.. Follow through with what u advertise or just say it as it is and I bet ur sales will double. Very scammy to lead a customer into believing one thing and then U-turn after he/she signes up, puts up all the details and chooses an item. Waste of time and opportunity

This is a great company to purchase from

This is a great company to purchase from. Goods arrived on time and great quality.

I ordered the wrong size and tried to return using online service. When this did not work I e mailed the company. Within 5 mins I received a reply with a returns label.
I took the parcel to the post office, sent Oodie a picture of post office receipt and within a short period a larger size was on its way to me.

My son loves his Oodie. It's warm, soft and comfortable.

best experience!!!!

WOW!! (coming from an australian customer) ordered my first proper authentic oodie after years of cheap replicas. i ordered on the friday and it was at my doorstep tuesday afternoon. it was like christmas. wrapped perfectly and the best materials. so soft and fluffy and comforting. i put it straight on. best purchase ever with exceptional delivery and pristine quality. will 100% order from there again

Swift and Attentive Service

When one of my packages got delivered to an address over 30 km away, they were incredibly quick to put an inquiry with the Australian Post to make sure they fixed their mistake. They also offered me a refund or a reshipment so I didn't have to wait till Aus Post went through their process. I felt listened to and understood during the whole process and they were very kind!

Love these

This is my 3rd order. My husband and I love the nightshirts I’ve got two. One for winter the other is cooler. I also have a oddie. I love it. I wouldn’t go to the shops in it but if I didn’t need to leave the house I would wear it all day. Of I night I take my oddie off and make a bed with it for my cat to sleep in

I've bought 3 oodies for myself and…

I've bought 3 oodies for myself and family members and each time they've been great! They're so soft and comfy it's like wrapping yourself in your favorite blanket. Canada Post is kind of iffy on time and updating the status of the shipment but that's the only issue I've had. Quick and helpful responses from customer service as well.

Pokemon Original The Oodie for the win 😊💜

I was lucky to win a Pokemon Oodie and I chose the original pokamon Oodie.
It feels so soft and cuddly.
I have a wanted Oodie for ages and they are so worth it.
