I purchased five pairs of the original cloud slides and have not received anything. I received an email confirmation with a purchase order number and when I looked for my order on their site nothing came up as if I had not made my purchase. The total amount was removed from my bank account. I called their customer service number and was not able to get in contact with them as they did not pick up the phone. I also emailed them several times and have not gotten a reply. If I could give them zero stars I would!!!!

I ordered the shark slides. Website said 2 - 5 business days for shipping - it tool 3 weeks.
Sizing chart was wrong so slides received were far too big.
To avail of the return policy you have to email the company, which I’ve done multiple times with absolutely no response.
I was then asked to write a review, to which I gave a one star but the website only displays reviews of 4 - 5 stars with no honest reflection of negative reviews.

Dreadful shopping experience with useless slides that I cannot return.
