The best for a reason
Awarded the UK's Best Student Support Agency (2025) for good reason! Honoured to be approaching my eighth academic year working with Theorise Ltd, as both a Study Skills Tutor and Mental Health Mentor, supporting neurodivergent students in overcoming a variety of challenges. Theorise are evidently committed to providing students with high quality NMPH resources, that will support their academic development and beyond. Dany Brunton, Director, is a visionary leader who empowers the team, he is professional, approachable, empathetic and has exceptional organisational skills. I look forward to continuing my work with Theorise Ltd for many more academic years to come. An absolute pleasure to work with.
Academic support
I have been receiving academic support through Theorise. The support I have received from my mentor has been vital in helping me progress throughout university.
I will always be grateful for the help and support I received, and I will continue to use the skills and techniques I have learned.
I can't thank my mentor, Nicola, enough for all the support, guidance, and help I've received over the past four years, which has been truly wonderful.
I had one-to-one academic support for…
I had one-to-one academic support for the majority of my degree and I don’t think I’d have completed my studies without it. We were able to identify issues affecting my studies and work on them in a supportive environment that was always consistent and reliable. I will take this forward in my life after studies and I will always be grateful for the time spent working with Nicola.
Study Support Experience
Monika was extremely helpful and great to work with! Communication was quick and she offered me many helpful resources and strategies.
Josie is a treasure!
I was entering the later half of my third year of my undergrad and this was the first time in my life that I had one-to-one academic support. After a late diagnosis of dyslexia at 21, I was allocated Josie for study skills support. She helped me tremendously with my assignments by helping me to understand the brief properly, assisting in planning the structure of my assignments and giving me valuable feedback on my work. My marks increased significantly since I've had meetings with Josie and I could not be more grateful. She was so kind and patient with me and I always left our meetings feeling more confident about myself and my abilities. A true credit to Theorise.

I feel very lucky to have been allocated Allison to work with. I've now been working with her for almost 2 years, and my academic experience has become so much more positive since working with her. I cannot emphasise it enough how much it has benefited me within academics, but also outside of university life. I found it so positively surprising how much working with her has changed my approach and mental strength overall! Very happy with the impact it has had.
A grounding lifeline for all forms of support - thank you
I was lucky enough to get long-term support through the last year and a bit of my PhD from Nicola. Nicola was just utterly brilliant. Our sessions would vary greatly - sometimes they focused on practical, organizational support for my PhD deadlines and other sessions we took more space to talk about significant personal events that were severely impacting my studies. I honestly think Nicola was a core reason I continued in my PhD. I felt respected, listened to, validated and grounded in every meeting. I loved the flexibility of the sessions and that we could use the space to process things that were most relevant that week. Nicola was a calming, safe presence through an incredibly hard few years and I will always remember her lovely impact.
Great to speak to someone
I have been working with Sirani for a couple of weeks now, and it has been immensely helpful to have someone to talk to about my struggles.
The help I didn’t know I needed
I’ve been working with Eleni for over a year now. At first, I was quite sceptical and didn’t believe it would make much of a difference. However, Eleni took the time to build a strong, trusting relationship with me—one where I felt safe and comfortable enough to open up.
Through our work together, Eleni has supported me in understanding and managing my thoughts and emotions by helping me view situations from different perspectives. She has introduced me to a range of strategies to cope when I feel overwhelmed, and over time, she’s come to understand me well enough to gently encourage me to open up, even when I initially resist.
With her support, I’ve been able to implement several self-management techniques that have significantly improved how I feel. I no longer carry the same emotional weight or level of stress as before. This process has now become a regular part of my routine—taking time to reflect on my week and speak openly. With Eleni’s guidance, I’ve even started sharing more with my partner, which has been a really positive step forward.
Monika Review
I have been working with Monika for the past year or so as my study skills tutor and her help has been invaluable. The way she breaks down assessment criteria and helps me to build on ideas I have is so immensely helpful. She has helped take me to a level above where I would be without her assistance.
She is also passionate about helping if you are putting in the work and I cant thank her enough.
