Excellent service! Wanted to buy several Prank Boxes (used to buy them from Walmart but that source dried up so was having difficulty finding a UK supplier), couldn’t believe my good luck when I found just what I wanted at The Panic Room and at the old Walmart price.
TPR kept me updated on my delivery and package came quicker than expected. Will definitely head to this site again for more unusual gifts etc.

This company went above and beyond for me, so I have to say these were the best online retailers I've EVER dealt with. So I purchased a booster box from their eBay account and they kindly directed me to their actual online store. I then proceeded to purchase another booster box but a different set from their website because A) It was the cheapest ANYWHERE and B) Because it was the last one in stock. I then asked for them to pick me the most mint condition boxes as I'm a sealed collector and they then sent me pictures of the boxes before they posted them which made me so much more reassured and I was confident with my purchase, but it gets better. They then took both my eBay order and the website order and combined them together so that they would arrive both at the same time. Sure enough they then arrived the following day together in the most safest form of packaging I've ever seen! I just want to say these guys are underrated and deserve a lot more credit for what they do, they were very responsive, considerate, kind and above all provided me with the best customer service of my life! Will definitely be purchasing again from you soon, 10/10 experience and highly recommended, love you guys!

Wide choice of jigsaws, easy to order, easy to pay and the jigsaws were recieved the day after ordering.

We used this for a virtual team building event and it was great. Amazing and quick customer service through the chat option on the website and they helped clarify any questions I had. We all had fun and thoroughly enjoyed it and for such a good price. We will definitely be using this again.

Really disappointing - no instruction so had to go on chat.
None the wiser on the clues when we got the answer hints. Totally meaningless!
Maybe the more expensive ones would be better, but I won’t be bothering again.

My sister bought CSI The Underground and we played during family game night; we play games online every month. We all enjoyed this game and it did challenge us. BTW, we’re in different areas of the US, so this is perfect. After the game was over, I bought 4 more games so we would have some on hand for upcoming months….family vote dictates WHO SHOT THE SHERIFF for October.

Purchased a couple of jigsaw puzzles to add to my ever growing Thomas Kinkade Disney collection, which came promptly and extremely well packaged. One of which I could only find online elsewhere at ridiculous prices, so I'm so grateful to have found it at the normal price on here. Thank you ever so much! Can't wait to purchase products from here again.

My boyfriend and I live on different continents and we are always looking for new activities we can do together online, especially since we haven't been able to visit each other since Covid started. We looked around for an online escape room we could try, and after reading some reviews decided to give The Panic Room Online a try. We particularly liked that the website indicated that the games were suitable to play with two people, where most rooms from other companies that we found required more people or were quite expensive for just two people. The fact that there is no time limit was also a bonus for us. We were not disappointed. Purchase was easy and quick and instructions to access the game arrived instantly. The difficulty level of the puzzles was varied, but all were challenging. In those cases where things became a bit frustrating, the increasingly revealing clues came to the rescue. We've completed two of the online rooms so far, Sherlock: The Grand Debut and CSI: Grounded, and we will definitely be back for more!

I originally bought a murder mystery jigsaw puzzle from the company as a present. Unfortunately it was missing a piece (which was due to the manufacturer rather than this company) and when I contacted them about it they gave me a variety of options on how to sort this and the issue was resolved from when I initially emailed to the resolution in about an hour.

The customer service from this company was incredible and they are extremely friendly and professional. I would also like to thank Sarah J for her amazing help, understanding and quick responses!

I have played several games from the Panic Room online with friends over the last few weeks. They are well produced with an interesting variety of puzzles. Some puzzles seem difficult at first but this adds to the satisfaction when they are solved. Optional clues are available if needed. We tend to have 5 or 6 people playing at a time which means they are good value for an hour or two's entertainment, more so when we are not able to meet up with others as we might in more normal times.

Really enjoyable. Good puzzles, quick and polite customer service. All around good fun and a great way to spend an afternoon.

Just played CSI Grounded for my daughter’s lockdown birthday! Kept us all engrossed for an hour and a half with no mobiles -miraculous! And the verdict was “Awesome!!” Thanks so much, The Prices 😀

BRILLIANT FUN that certainly makes you think!! We did a Panic Room game (the enchanted forest) for Mothers Day and it was such a great way to spend time with family safely.
