I recently found myself in need of renewing my passport much sooner than I had planned or expected. The Passport Office here in Tampa FL was the perfect solution. A great local office that was easy to get to with fast and friendly service. My consultant Enishia R. was welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. I am very glad I found them and feel much more at easy that my passport will be back to me well before my trip. Thank you.

Just incredible and my passport consultant Kourtney Ross was spectacular. Very friendly, smart and professional. She knew all the answers and made it incredibly easy. I paid for two week service and my passport was ready in a week! Kourtney deserves a raise!

I have saving money to visit family at the end of the month so once I had the money together I went and bought my flight tickets. To my surprise my passport was expired, thankfully I found this place. Amanda really help make the process quick and painless. Now I packed and ready to!!!

Was not told I would need to spend over an hour going to a post office across town in San Francisco to get things reviewed. Also, my passport is ready for pick up...only took 3 days and I paid a big fee to have it by my leaving date of December 7th. I feel I was taken for money and it would have been done sooner without paying the fees! ON A POSITIVE NOTE: the young lady who helped me ( I can’t remember her name), was very efficient in getting things done and was a lovely lady which made the experience bareable! Linda Vercelli

The people in this office are very nice and knowledgeable. I was able to take care of everything I needed to and the price was reasonable, considering I needed to expedite my service. The office is somewhat difficult to find and the parking situation is not great. The easiest place to park (the garage) costs $10, no matter how long you are there. I got my passport and card a week earlier than expected and picking it up took less than 5 minutes. I recommend making an appointment for your initial visit, though. That does not necessarily mean you'll be taken at that time because some services take longer than others and there is no way to know how long the people before you will take. You will, however, get taken before others without appointments when someone is available.
