Professional, Efficient and Inexpensive

When I think of the passport office I only think of one name. Raquel! That woman handles her business. What impressed me about her and her office partner is that they not only remember the names of those they have assisted they also remember their particular situation and what's needed to help them. That impressed me so much. I was also impressed by the fact that she was so patient and efficient. She made sure I went through my expedited process with no hassles. She gets you in and gets you out in no time. I'm very impressed with this company and would tell anyone that is interested in expediting to deal with them. The prices are reasonable and the service is awesome. And by the way...I received my passport two days earlier than expected. No worries and I'm ready for Belize! Woot!

Needed to obtain Z-Visa for China

Needed to obtain Z-Visa for China.

Pros: Great communication, and rushed service.

Cons: We had an extremely unfortunate circumstance where we paid for rushed service and were notified three days after they received our information that they had no idea our assigned consulate, Chicago, required fingerprints. Not only did we pay top dollar to rush the service, but we had to book last minute flights to Chicago additional to paying for the service. I fortunately received my visa and passport today (we leave tomorrow morning).

My girlfriend, who is traveling with me, additionally called twice beforehand and they confirmed that we would not need to go to Chicago each time. They verbally guaranteed we would be taken care of. I hope this is now updated in their system and online for everyone to know.

The only thing that they would refund is the shipping fee, not the fee through them or the consulate. We could have saved money if we were told ahead of time, went to Chicago, and only paid for an agent to pick it up after.
