The process was simple fast and painless.
No waiting in line and they took care of everything. My passport was supposed to be available in 8-12 business days. It was ready in 4 days and Jan is considered high season. I would definitely use them again.

My passport was ready for pick up Wednesday 1/8 when I just made an appointment Monday 1/6 it was suppose to take 7-10 business days

Far exceeded my expectations. I needed a new passport right away because I had procrastinated over a three months period and had only two weeks to get a passport for a cruise. The Passport Office was private, personable and secure. Customer service was cooperative, professional and polite. I was very comfortable and didn't have to bring anything except identifying documentation-no filling out papers, no pictures-everything was done for me and all I had to do was verbally answer the questions.The only part of the process that I hadn't anticipated was the trip to the U.S. Post Office that involve a long wait of which I had to leave and go back to work before my number was called but I returned shortly before it closed to finish the task. If I had been aware, I may have taken the day off but it was all worth it. I was told that I would likely get the passport closer to 7 days. Imagine my excitement when I was notified that it had arrived after 3 days. I'm all set for the cruise despite my procrastination.

The staff were very professionalband knowledge. They took care of me immediately wgen i arrived. Shirley was excellent.

Wish there was better photo lighting like one of those round lights... Lol but that's just cause I'm vain. Thanks!
