Everything went fast and efficient
Everything went very fast. The office was at our disposal since we arrived at our appointment. No waiting time. The person who served us was friendly and efficient. We had to make an urgent passport application service because we traveled within two weeks. To do this we had to collect the papers already filled by the office and go to a Postal Service destined for them to seal and swear the veracity of our papers. Once this was done, we had to go back to the Passport office to deliver all the papers. The whole process has been done in less than one week. We are really satisfied.

The Passport Office is great!
The Passport Office was fast, efficient and friendly. Very helpful and I got my passport earlier than expected. It was great! I needed my passport expedited and they did it. I’d use them again, no doubt!

So where do I start
So where do I start? Enishia Reyes, 100% the only person you want to deal with. I spoke to various people who tried to help but she was the only one who succeeded. She kept in contact with me and reassured me even after business hours. She definitely deserves a raise, bonus, extra vacation Time etc. I received my passport on time after all the help she supplied me with. Super grateful for companies that hire people like her.
