It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. From the moment entering the office friendly staff members gave the impression of competent advice and assistance. It was a real pleasure to experience the feeling of being welcomed in a pleasant atmosphere.

Elizabeth Bergamo was perfect! I needed my Chinese Tourist Visa expedited. Time to receive my Visa was absolutely crucial to my "already purchased plane ticket" to Sanya Hainan, China and left absolutely ZERO error for me to have the Visa in my possession. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure to make sure that everything progressed accordingly for me. I am extremely grateful to Elizabeth. She made it possible for me to be stress-free during the entire process and allowed me to have a wonderful experience. I am forever grateful! Highly recommend the service!

I literally went to the agency 2 weeks before my flight to st. Lucia. With the 7 day rush I actually received my passport exactly one week from the order date which was 4 days earlier than they quoted . It was both fast and easy. I’d definitely use them in the future.

Excellent service and friendly staff. This is the 2nd time I used them and happy I did.

My experience with this service was very bad. I hope I don’t have to use them again. They charge me almost $700 dollars to expedite my daughter passport they promise three days service and I didn’t get the passport until two weeks time. My daughter even missed her flight because she didn’t get her passport back in time for her flight. I had to pay the airline more money to change my daughter flight. This service is not guarantee. If your passport is expired apply for it the regular way and wait the six week like they say because this service SUCKS

I was freaked out because we needed our passport ASAP and I wasn’t sure what we were going to do. We found the Passport office and saw they have an “A” with the BBB. I called and was accommodated immediately. We went in on a Monday at 8am and I had my passport by 10am on Friday!!!! Incredible!! I thank you very much!!!
