The numbers for the Tampa Bay office for setting up an appointment for RENEWAL of a passport sends you straight to a voice mail for a new passport

Excellent service quicker then i accepted

Elizabeth was great fast service and good customer service. There was a disconnect on day i was told it was ready to pick up. Girl i spoke with I asked are you sure its there, however after an hour of traffic and $10 parking later they said it would be there by 5:30. Had to take another hour ride back to work. After being upset i spoke with a girl named Cindy who was awesome . She went out of her way to let me know that memorial day they would for a few hours and to come see her directly.

The service is great & they save you much time if you need to get out a passport fast and you don’t have time. The Orlando office is very close to the court and they are so helpful. Everything went on well with us except one thing; there was a paper we should have signed from the beginning & no one told us to do so at the Orlando office; which ended up delaying the delivery of our passport by 2 business days & we had to change our flight for that.
Yet still, we appreciate the call from the boss (manager) in Miami office who apologised for what happened & kept an eye for the passport so not to have any further delays.
We highly recommend the service of this agency to anyone who needs to issue a passport fast in less than 2 weeks.

The worst. They lie dont follow up on anything. The people in orlando are the rudest I have ever met. The attitude is they are doing you a favor. The net has cheaper with better service. The place is cold and dirty. 400.00 they say it came in and was not there.They tell you call state yourself follow up. The two gals there act like they hate the job and life and dont want to be there. Disgusting. Try to call they send calls all over country so never get same person and wont give last name or extension to hide. Let's put it this way you get better service at a McDonalds even if you get a wrong order they did better then this place. The bussiness plan get the money dont follow up.. use your amex so you can dispute dont pay cash or card cant dispute. Owners hide from customer relations. Making so much money that complaints don't matter . You dont see them because they pay to have bad reviews taken down...

Made getting a new passport very easy

pretty good service. I got my passport on time.

Alex was amazingly nice! His friendly demeanor did a lot to help calm down this anxious parent. He was also kind to the kids. The overall experience was nice. Oh, and the parking assistant that helped us find parking and also guided us to the office also played a major role in making this day a success. It took a team-and I am Grateful!
