Very Difficult Team !!!
I tried to move my pension to another service provider, I called to fix my account only to figure out that you guys to have me on the register despite having a customer number. How did that even happen ?
And then again, the agent I spoke with said he’s going to raise a complain to the IT team but I have not heard anything from you people since then!!!
That’s very ridiculous. I will be in touch with you guys!!!

Pension transfer failure
Pension transfer failure. It took them forever, over a few months to approve a pension transfer and even after multiple attempts to contact them still haven't completed the transfer. This is an absolute disgrace.
