Perfume sample came and is absolutely fantastic, there was a slight delay with Royal Mail but the perfume sampler resolved the issue very effectively and kept in touch. Will definitely be using them again in the future 👍

We take reviews like this very seriously.
You emailed us on Friday (12/12/2025 at 15:37) about your order, and we responded back to you within 1 hour (12/12/2025 at 16:11) about the delays caused by Royalmail due to peek season.
Please check your tracking number, it was dispatched the very next day of your order date, however, as mentioned earlier Royal Mail is extremely overwhelmed with parcels due to the festive season, and this is causing delays and slower tracking updates across the country. It’s quite common at the moment for tracking to appear “stuck” even while the parcel is still moving through their network.
Please allow another day or two for the tracking to update and for the parcel to be delivered. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, let us know and I’ll escalate it with Royal Mail for you.
We assured you that you will either get a replacement or a refund, but we have to wait for Royalmail with their update.
Also, giving us 1 star for the service that we are not responsible for is unfair and unjust. We request you to reconsider your rating once you receive your order or a refund. We are a company with transparent policies and hence our customers always come back for more.
Hope this information reassures you about your money spent with us.

The collection of samples isn’t as large as other sample sites but makes up for it with quality and service.
