Went into the store just to have a look around and smell a few fragrances as I wasn't planning on buying anything. I'm really into perfumes and have a pretty big collection, so I enjoy seeing what's out there.

Started chatting to Asma and we got talking about different scents. You could tell straight away she's genuinely into fragrances and knows what she's talking about. She recommended a perfume I'd never come across before and, after one spray, I was sold. It was exactly the kind of scent I like.

Really appreciated the recommendation and the chat. Asma's a credit to the store, and I'll definitely be asking for her next time I'm in town looking for a new fragrance.

Went into store the other day to buy a perfume for my wifes birthday. Asma was very helpful and genuine. She helped me pick out a really nice scent and asked all the right questions about the Mrs before suggesting any options. It is safe to say my wife absolutely loves the perfume and cannot believe how perfectly it suits her. Thank you so so much Asma, you are a life saver.

I honestly can't praise Asma enough. She made my whole shopping experience so enjoyable from start to finish. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely passionate about perfumes, which made such a difference. She took the time to get to know what I was looking for and gave me amazing recommendations that perfectly suited my budget.

Her knowledge was outstanding. She explained the different fragrance families, which scents are popular for summer, how perfumes develop throughout the day, and helped me understand what would suit different occasions.

Thanks to her, I found the perfect everyday signature scent for work as well as an amazing holiday fragrance that I absolutely love. She was so helpful throughout the whole experience, and I never felt rushed. She really took the time to make sure I found fragrances that I was genuinely happy with.

It's rare to come across someone who is so knowledgeable, kind, and enthusiastic about what they do. Asma is a real credit to The Perfume Shop, and she made what could have been a difficult decision feel easy and enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back, and I hope she's there the next time I visit.
