I had planned to buy x3 perfumes today…
I had planned to buy x3 perfumes today but wasn’t entirely sure which ones I was going to buy before heading to the store. On getting to the store, Chantel offered to help me and asked a few questions about what I was looking for. I told her my price range and the types of scents I normally like.
Chantel was so helpful and patient with me and I did not feel rushed at all. I was then able to narrow down my choices but was still finding it hard to pick the final 3. Even at this point she didn’t rush me which I appreciated and I also did not feel pressured to buy anything.
In the end I was able to pick 3 and even decided on a 4th perfume because she truly made me feel like I mattered in the time she spent with me looking for the right scents. Chantel was fab, great customer service from her. Also the 20% off they are offering in store at the moment made it even so much better lol. Thank you Chantel

Went into the shop today, not really knowing what I wanted, but defiantly what I didn’t. India was so helpful, bought out enough choices for me to choose from and when I had narrowed it down let me have a spray of both to go away and think about it, which we did.
I had previously been into your rivals shops and had favourites from there too and over lunch reviewed them all.
Went back with my top 3 (which was actually 1 from each shop) still undecided, but did know who had given me the best customer service so far. India, you done well helping me make a decision & putting up with my friend 😂 yes I did end up with 2 but I had a feeling I would anyway.

Honestly, the lady who attended to me deserves a raise
She was so kind, patient, and helpful. The only problem is… I’ve completely forgotten her name. But I remember everything else — she had just returned from her holiday and told me it was her first day back at work.
And this woman had the patience of a saint. She showed me so many different perfumes and gave me plenty of options to choose from because, apparently, choosing a perfume for your girlfriend is a serious life decision.
I actually came in to pick a perfume as a birthday gift for my girlfriend, and she even wished her a happy birthday. At that point, I knew I was in good hands.
Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I’ll definitely be back again and next time, I promise I’ll remember your name 😂😂 cheers guys
