Tewkesbury store impressive 😊
I visited the Tewkesbury store with my son today, late afternoon on a very wet gloomy day, as soon as we walked in it was like the sun came out, a young happy, smiley face from a young lady greeted us 😊 after countless sprays and questions from my son he finally made his mind up and bought some aftershave, by now we had probably been in the store for 30 minutes, the young lady carried on serving other customers (still happy, smiley and helpful) and kept checking on us if we needed anymore help, she was also alone as someone hadn't turned up! So I just wanted to say how absolutely lovely it was to be served by someone quite young, who knew the products, offers ect , didn't buckle under pressure and still kept her composure throughout the time we were there. Also the store was very well maintained too, clean, tidy and priced....so 5 🌟 today...thank you 😊

10/10 Service, felt like a unique personal experience.
