We had such a lovely experience
We had such a lovely experience. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was patient, attentive and took the time to make sure we were properly looked after.
A special mention to Zoe, who was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, warm and genuinely helpful, with a smile throughout. Nothing felt rushed and she made the whole experience so pleasant.
Excellent customer service all round. Thank you, Zoe and the entire team!
