As I was buying for someone else I needed help and advice. I was served by Naila. She was so patient, helpful, p
leasant and friendly. I was not rushed and when I didn't like the perfumes she just kept going until she found one that I liked. She gift wrapped the perfume for me and it was put in a lovely little gift bag. Naila also pointed out the personalised ribbon which, at £1.99 was a lovely addition to the gift and finished it off beautifully.
Naila is a credit to your company. I hope you appreciate just how good she is at the job.
