Good morning, it's been almost 2 months since I returned 3 items I had purchased online. The sales assistant in the store was very attentive and processed the refund in the system, but Perfume Shop's customer service... I've lost count of how many times I've called them and they always give the same excuse, and I still haven't received my refund for the products I paid for and returned to the store. I don't know what else to do, I just have to file a lawsuit for damages and for the stress this has caused me!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY FROM PERFUME SHOP ONLINE.

I completely understand how frustrating and stressful it must be to have continued chasing this without receiving a clear resolution.
Please be assured that we are here to help and I have requested that your case is reviewed as a matter of urgency by a Customer Services Supervisor. We need to establish exactly what has happened following the return being processed in store and why the expected refund has not reached you.
I appreciate that you have already given us considerable time to resolve this, so I do not want to simply ask you to continue waiting without action being taken. I have escalated this for further investigation so that we can establish what has gone wrong and provide you with a clear resolution as soon as possible.

I was served by a lovely young lady called Grace. Grace was very polite, attentive and knowledgeable with the brands. A great team asset, would highly recommend compared to other shops in the area.

My husband offered to buy me a new perfume for our anniversary and we’d been to two previous shops in the centre, to no avail.
Freya was so knowledgeable about the scents and the history behind some of the designers / designs. We were impressed by this.
I tried quite a few samples before settling on JP Gautier Paradise Garden. Thank you so much Freya for your patience, helpfulness, attention to detail and excellent customer service, I hope other PS stores follow your lead and I’ll be a returning customer for sure.
