Did not subscribe but email saying another on the way

I received my purchase which didn’t help my dog. I had requested just one tub to try and did not opt subscription. Yesterday I got an email to say there is another one on the way. Have emailed them back - waiting for reply

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOME SERVICE

I would like to comment about the exceptional customer service I received from PetLab, and specifically Christina and Coatzin. My package arrived as promised but there was no scoop included. I didn't want to return or refund the product so I reached out by phone to see if I could get the proper dosage for my 10lb Yorkie mix. My call was promptly picked up and the dosage was given. I was very happy, but it didn't stop there. They asked about the Lot number so they could inspect their inventory and prevent any future occurrences with shipments. We exchanged information and I sent them pictures of the packaging and Lot number. Then to my surprise they offered a refund for my trouble and I received a confirmation within an hour. This company is a class act. This high level of commitment to customer satisfaction is a rare thing today. Thank you PetLab.

Our dog won't eat this stuff

Our dog won't eat this stuff. I couldn't tell you if it works. Advertisements make it look like sprinkling a little bit of powder on a few bowls of food, and like magic, bright white teeth. Nope, it's a monthly subscription.

When a new element is added to a dog’s daily food, it's common that they may eat less while adjusting. Best adheres to moist kibble or wet food. Some have found adding a bit of chicken broth at first can help during the adjustment period.

It might take up to 3 months of consistent use for supplements to show the best potential benefits. Each dog is different. Some dogs see the benefits within month 1, and some see the best results from months 2 and 3 onwards.

Dog is human has helped my Labrador so…

Dog is human has helped my Labrador so much!! She went from being itchy, losing hair, having hot spots, and having red bumps all over her underbelly to being a normal dog. Personally my dog does not have issues when we're not in California but for whatever reason in California her allergies are so bad that it is heartbreaking dog is human has changed that for me and I will continue to purchase it while living in California so she does not have allergies.

Gave my dog diarrhea

Unfortunately my dog didn’t love the taste and it gave him diarrhea that last a several days after I spotted giving it to him. I can’t say if it would help with his teeth because it agreed horribly with his stomach.

My first interaction with your company…

My first interaction with your company was through your product advertisement. My two boys have the symptoms explained in your advertisements, so I decided to try it and placed my order. I ordered the specials that was advertise of the 90-day subscription. But I had questions about my billing, and that's when I was connected to Chuck, a human, not AI. We chatted about my billing and the products, which were amazing in clarifying my billing and correcting the next billing cycle, which I highly appreciated! My experience with Chuck was also very amazing, only because you hardly get such excellent customer service nowadays (anymore). He explained every situation very well and assured me that my subscription would be billed correctly. Please acknowledge Chuck for his excellent customer service, and you can let him know it was the 26yr Veteran retired Master Chief of the Navy who was pleased with his professionalism and excellent customer service, and I only hope that I get to chat with him again should I need his help again! Now, let's see if my pets will benefit from your product! THANK YOU!

Package was delivered in a timely…

Package was delivered in a timely manner. And delivery person took multiple pictures to verify. However the package was left out on the sidewalk when a covered foyer for front door was 2 ft away. We live in an area that is known for rain, luckily it didn’t rain that day.
