I ordered and paid for 3 packs of 3…
I ordered and paid for 3 packs of 3 pickleballs but received only 1 pack of 3. I am now £20 down and having to spend time trying to correct the mistake.

We’re very sorry there were missing items in your original order. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
As soon as this was brought to our attention, we dealt with it the same day and arranged for the missing items to be sent via next-day expedited delivery so you could receive them in time for your next game. We also included a goodwill gesture as an apology for the inconvenience caused.
We always aim to resolve matters promptly and fairly, and in this case we made every effort to put things right without delay.

Great Customer Service- solved a problem before I knew it was a problem and looked after me so well.
They have been fantastic.Why they are so good is the way that they handled a mistake they made. They realised they may have sent the wrong brand of balls that I had ordered. Before,they arrived they emailed me telling me the mistake and saying once they arrived,then I could contact them and they would send me the correct brand if required. They arrived and it was the wrong brand and I emailed them and they dispatched the correct balls and allowed me to keep the wrong order. It is how Companies react when they get it wrong that is important.
