Great customer service received. Very quick to reply to emails when i submitted my query. Quick resolution which was very much appreciated. I have bought and received several products and all are very good quality.

Bought an m5stack tab5 which had an issue so I contacted The Pi Hut through their Support Portal, Jayde responded the same day providing me with an RMA returns number with a Royal Mail return label. I returned it to them, Jayde confirmed receipt and sent out a replacement to me which I received the next day and it works great. Great customer service and support! If you've never tried The Pi Hut before, I recommend them.

Used the Pi Hut for four orders now over a couple of Years. Mainly used them for accessories as I buy Raspberry Pi from Farnell along with electronic components.
Some Rpi branded accessories are less than ideal e.g. Keyboard and Mouse, but items like that are cost reduced and don't always meet personal preferences anyhow.
Most product reviews are incentivised so draw your own conclusions.
Safe to give them a go.

Initially had a problem with the courier; did not receive the order, no fault of the pi hut, rather the courier themselves.

Jayde was the representative who handled my case and immediately re delivered the order with a different courier.

A company that values customer experience goes a long way.

I've ordered from Pi Hut several times previously without any problem, but on this occasion the courier failed to deliver the order. Pi Hut sent a replacement immediately without any fuss, which arrived next day.

I have placed a couple of orders with these over the last 12 months. On both occasions my order was dispatched very quickly. They also package your order extremely well. When I had a minor issue with my latest order they issued a refund without quibbling. Extremely impressed and will definitely be ordering from these again soon.

We ordered an item for my daughter for Christmas. It was sent to my mother in law directly (along with many other gifts) so we only realised it hadnt arrived after the present exchange. It was never delivered but apparently it is my fault for not checking even though the pi hut tracking hasn't been updated and the delivery status from Evri says they will try again. We were offered a replacement but in the 5 mins taken to agree this all the stock was bought.. ..what a coincidence!

I placed an order at 1335 on the 18th December (#1480127) and had an email at 1359 saying the order was packed and on its way. Amazing service! The parcel arrived the next day and one of the pins on a board was broken so I emailed customer service and they responded within 30 minutes with a prepaid label for it to be returned. The Pi Hut were very responsive and helpful after a delivery was lost by Evri, and they shipped out replacement items via DHL free of charge for next day delivery. Very satisfied with their service as always.

At first my I couldn't see my delivery anywhere when it said it got delivered so I got in touch with support and they got back very quick they were incredibly helpful and helped me all the way through and they sent out another delivery best support I have ever seen

Poor Customer Service

Used them for many years. Previously had a good service. Had a fault with a case display, submitted ticket more than week ago and no response, re-submitted no reponse. Also added alternative communication method to save doubt. No other means to communicate.

I won't buy anything from them again, service has gone down the toilet!
