The website was very user-friendly. I received timely updates on my order processing and a good explanation for the shipping delay.

Easy straightforward website and transaction.

Slight delay in getting product shipped so not in receipt of my new pillow yet. Emailed a few times with updates on what was happening with my order. General shopping experience though has been okay, information on the materials and what to expect from the product when I get. There is also a refund if not satisfied offered. Unsure about value for money until I've had chance to try the product. Generally though a good website & shopping experience

Emails re confirmation and that item was on its way were very prompt. Although info indicated that items are shipped world-wide, it was not clear to me the source of The Pillow Home nor where the item I ordered was made. These things are important to me and I would have liked that information to be easily accessible. Otherwise the site was easy to use.

The web shows this business address in New Mexico; I ordered a $75 pillow that didnt work for us; buried deep deep in the fine print are the return instructions to CHINA with numerous directions needed for proof; the returned postage is $79! They also have bold deceiving headlines on their web about free shipping and returns - misleading and unjust. Dont use The Pillow House!!!

Thought I’d give this pillow a try and see if it improved my sleep at all. It didn’t work for me as it gave me neck ache. I kept going for about 5 days but my body didn’t like it. As others have said, the 90 days returns policy is a con. You can return it at your expense to China, but I can pretty much guarantee that once you’ve sent it at great expense you’ll hear nothing back. I’ve learned my lesson with online shopping and will avoid anything from China.

The website was easy to follow and the product was well described. Ordering was very straightforward and I was kept informed as to the progress of my parcel.
I haven’t had time to try out my neck support pillow yet but I am impressed with the quality and it looks as if it will be successful.

Quick and easy checkout

Tried to order 2 pillow cases only. Wouldn’t let me select 2 different colours in the 1 pack. Would be nice if you could. Ordered 2x2 packs of 2 different colours.

I’m super excited for my bed pillow headboard to arrive! It looks well made , I love the tufts! And the color is just right! It’s really going to take my bed set up to the next level!

Total con! I gave the pillow a week (terrible), and I tried to return it as per their guidelines. They promised a 90 day refund but customer has to pay shipping. Sound reasonable until you realize that you have to ship it back it to China and the return cost was between 70 and $100, more than the pillow itself! I asked the company if they had a US location or if they’d be willing to split the return costs to China, and of course got completely stonewalled. Oh and tried to post this 1 star review on their website, said it was published but the review never got recorded. Highly do not recommend.

My pillow was different from and inferior to the one advertised. Refund is only promised if I return the product at my cost which is very high.

Great for my sons dorm bed since there is no headboard he still has support in addition to his regular pillows.

I liked the frequent contact concerning the progress of my order.

I googled I found my item it was with the Pillow Home and it was two clicks easy. Hope the product is as easy and as good as the shopping experience.
