Still waiting for a refund
Still waiting for a refund. My returned pillow cleared customs 45 days ago and I still have not had a refund. I know I will get a standard reply to this message asking me to contact customer services - this I have done and I get a standard email stating that they will follow up on my concerns. This has no effect. Be very cautious of their '90 day money back guarantee'. I think most people must just give up. Poor company and I most definitely would avoid.

Useless 90 day guarantee
I bought a wedge cushion that came with a 90‑day guarantee, which sounded reassuring. Although the cushion was fine, it looked nothing like the video or pictures — very misleading. What I didn’t realise is that returns have to be sent back to China, and for a bulky item the postage is so high that the guarantee isn’t really usable. The return policy wasn’t clear, and it’s worth knowing before you buy.
