Ordered this under the impression it was the kit and door only to find out when it was delivered, there is no door. The whole website reads as if it is selling the complete kit - only in tiny small print on the ordering page does it say the door is not included. Customer services were not helpful - basically didn't care. Don't think I will use this company again!

Technical assistance was great, as I’m not inserting the frame into a conventional stud wall I’m adding mine to existing walls. Material to help with this is none existent although it does seem fairly common place.

I had two kits, one for a 24” double entrance into a dining room, and the other a single door entrance into a kitchen. While the overall depth of the kit plus wall is much deeper than norm it does have a some advantages such as hiding the doors when open. Saves on space a conventional door opening takes, and adds quite an impact on the overall look and feel of the room.

The single door opening kit had a few twisted parts which made assembly a little more harder than my double kit, shortage of self tapping screws which seems mean and of course the assembly instructions leave a little to be desired. YouTube was a great help but lacked detail for installing the inner door lining kit, instructions were very basic and the official Eclisse instructional vids more promo orientated. Premium product at a premium price. so it’s not much to expect all the additional information to ensure a quality finish. Whether this is aimed at the DIY’er is hard to evaluate. Much easier install into a 4x2 stud wall that needs to be very square and accurate.
