We’ve worked on several projects in which all have come out great. The team has lots of patients and skills. I would recommend working with them for all the creativity designs anyone can imagine.

Our initial experience with this company was wonderful, our logo designs were beautiful and contact was superb. Unfortunately when we were happy with our logo, they pushed for a review and the experience went downhill from there. We were offered a 'copyright protection service' in which we were assured that we would receive filing with the copyright office, we even received a certificate promising this filing. For 6 months we have been asking and they tell us that it is in process or that they will look into it.
Now, they tell us that we misunderstood and they charged us $150 (discounted from $299) for a certification of ownership which was guaranteed in the initial quote. We are told that we may not receive a refund for this and that we 'misunderstood' what it meant. The manager laughed at one of our employees for not understanding that it was just a piece of paper rather than a filing.

All of our design services were not completed as the designs for stationary were not correct after multiple revisions and requests for specific details. We gave up trying to deal with that part and decided to look elsewhere for that service. In trying to sell us new product, the communication was excellent, as soon as we began asking questions about this incomplete copyright we got pushed from person to person and put off for over a month.

This company prints 'Logo Jeeves' on their logo paperwork, claims Activator Consulting as their parent company in the US, labels all of their websites as a US company, although there is no indication that the company is in the US. None of the company names are registered with the BBB.

My original review:The attention to detail and customer care from The Precision Design is impeccable. The design team created an original design that was born from abstract dreams and ideas. The only difficulty was choosing which of the designs to keep, all of the concepts were original, creative, and true to requests. The revision process was smooth and we ended up with final designs that were a reflection of the original vision. The communication was consistent and complete. The team made sure that we had everything we needed and offered suggestions for the things that we may not have thought of. Thank you again Precision for a truly wonderful experience.

Excellent and attentive service, nothing was to much of a problem for them and the results were fantastic. Keep it up guys.

Very on top of things, excellent customer service. Sometimes I have a hard time explaining what I want, but they have done a great job so far. I would recommend them to others.

The worst logo design service ever. And when asked for a refund they keep putting me off. Had already begun suspecting foul play, and just then on our last call I heard them speak in a foreign language.
I told one of my friends about it and she said it was Hindi so they are most likely to be in some Asian country. I am filing for a chargeback and informing everyone not to trust them with your hard earned money. They will furnish the lowest quality work, will do minimal revisions and then tell you that your free revisions are exhausted so you need to pay more.
