Very prompt and well executed

I’ve been using The Printspace for over 15 years. That’s proof of a good company. I recommend them to anyone that asks where I get my prints done.

Good service and easy website to use

The service and response from the team is way above expectations. The quality of print materials, especially the paper types available and the inks is excellent. I have found my one and only printer. My clients are very happy which makes me a happy customer.

I’m leaving one star because they support from the print space has been extremely disappointing. I contacted them about a serious issue with the creative help integration into my work store. The products simply will not sync even though the dashboard shows the store is connected. I followed every step reinstall the app disconnected and rein reconnected the store and even sent screenshots but nothing works and I’m still waiting for a response for my email. I emailed there is support team and raise the complaint last week. I still haven’t received a proper response it’s honestly shocking that a company offering a paid service can ignore emails for days while creators are still unable to launch their stores. The only thing that seems to get attention is Trustpilot reviews because the AI chat box is completely useless and keeps looping generate answers instead of escalating the issue. The day has put my entire store set up on hold and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I’ve emailed multiple times providing all the information they asked for and still have no update. No fix and no acknowledgement beyond automated messages if you rely on timely support and need your store to function properly beware that you may be left waiting but no answer I hope this you finally get someone to respond because the silence so far has been incredibly unprofessional.

I ordered prints for a digital piece I designed and it came out beautifully.

The print was well packaged and wrapped and was delivered quickly and without issue.

I will be using them again.

My only comment would be for those not in the kno, it would be great if there was a blurb combating and contrasting what each paper types offence is and which is better for printing art vs photography vs photographed art etc. that being said there is already a lot of information given and a quick google search will give you that info.
