Worst company ever. I paid over a month ago and keep getting the same generic email that it will ship in 5 to 7 days. Buyer beware. Never order from pudl. Fake fraudulent company.

Ordered something on the 12th of July. Emailed several times with two responses…”We are working to ship out all orders. Yours will be shipped in 5-7 days.” Received this message twice! My item has not been shipped. My request for a refund has gone unanswered. Do NOT order from this company!

Still chasing a return and now both websites down so looks like they are out of business! What now

They sent me a different product from the one I ordered which had already previously been opened, despite the item not being the one that I ordered it also came with dirty marks on the fabric, a lovely dead fly squashed into it, and missing hood attachments. I’ve tried contacting them on multiple social media platforms, online chats, emails, and also calling all the phone numbers I could find and got no response from any of them, it’s been almost a month now and I’m due to give birth! Gutted that I’ve paid for something that I can’t use.

Both numbers you ring on the precious little one website and on the pud store website just take you straight to answer phone and know one rings you back or emails you back and I have paid for item and got no confirmation email and the website said I have no orders

Yet another day has gone by with no sign of the item ordered, the tracking details or a response to my various attempts to communicate with this retailer. I can only assume this site is a scam. I placed my order, got a fairly instant acknowledgement, payment taken from my account and that is about it for my transaction with them. Also trading under the name of Precious Little One so beware!

Well, actually there is no update... big fat NOTHING delivered, did eventually get a response by email (after leaving bad review for both Precious Little One and The Pud Store, who own PLO) offering a refund but I think you have already guessed... NOTHING. Clearly there is no intention to refund me either.

Best to avoid these companies, look elsewhere.

Shocking service, impossible to return an item for a refund. No customer service, can’t get in contact with anyone. Avoid

I ordered an item a few nights ago, the payment left my bank and I didn’t receive a confirmation email or order number. I did however receive an email from them later that night saying that my payment hadn’t gone through and I’d need to pay again which was clearly untrue as the money has already left my bank. I’ve tried contacting them via email, messenger, and telephone to resolve this issue just to be ignored and now I’ve had to open a dispute with PayPal. Scammers & not what I need at 9 months pregnant.

Ordered something over 2 weeks ago which was in stock and I’ve heard nothing since a confirmation email. Tried calling, emailing and PM’ing them and still no response. After reading these reviews I will defo be contacting my bank and trading standards

It seems as though this company is another name for PreciousLittleOne and equally as bad. They take your money but the goods never arrive. No response from numerous emails to customer service nor from voicemails. I now have to try and recoup my money from my credit card company.

Ordered a stroller last 21st October until now no update and oy got a clearpay merchant order number and on email send the pud store confirmed my order. Till now no update tried calling and left messages and sending email no reply it’s been a week.

Left a negative review earlier in the week due to not receiving item more than 2 weeks after ordering. Despite someone replying and saying I would get a phone call the same day, am still waiting for a call 2 days later. Called one of the stores, who said they'd ask someone to ring me. Guess what, no phone call!!! Will now escalate via my bank and report to trading standards.

I'd rate less if I could, complete and utter scam site.
Don't bother ordering, just go elsewhere.
Going through the bank for my money back and reported to action fraud.
I'd recommend all who have unfortunately fallen victim to this company report them too.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A JOKE - FINALLY RECEIVED MY ITEM 4 WEEKS LATER AFTER MITHERING BY EMAIL, DM, PHONECALL WHICH THEY DONT REPLY TO CAUSE ARE SO RUDE AND S**T. DISAPPOINTED to say the least!!!! Ordered a tyre pump over 2 weeks ago… no sign of it & no one returns my calls or replies to my e-mails!!! Currently going around with flat tyre!!! Luckily this is only a small item. What on earth are they playing at???

No response from the company since they took payment for goods they have not supplied. Shocked and appalled they've gotten away with this for so long. Gutted I didn't look at the reviews first.

Ordered a Baby Car Seat 01/09/21, Order Confirmed 3 day Delivery, Payment taken, then nothing!
Emailed and called on several occasions, cancelled Order by Email on 09/09/21.
Eventually purchased Car Seat elsewhere.
Over a month has passed and still no Refund for non receipt of goods!
Had to give 1 star to write Review, however would have given Any if left to me.

AVOID!! Placed an order on the 23rd of September received a confirmation email of my order with my order number, but haven’t received anything since!! No tracking reference, no update as to where the parcel is! I have contacted multiple members of staff, I have also called the store and was told I would have a call back by the end of the day! Obviously this never happened either! I am still oblivious as to what’s happening with my order!
