Temu quality for premium prices. Didn’t match the photo. Shipping took three weeks. Absolute rubbish item.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
The Botanica aura satin set is not made of satin and not manufactured as pictured (e.g. the sleeves, buttons and waistband).
The Cannery dress is not manufactured as pictured (e.g. the buttons are plastic not fabric, the straps are not adjustable and the colour varies significantly).
The Yelena blouse is the length of a dress but the arms are too short and is not manufactured as pictured as the buttons on the front are not functional.
After emailing the company they requested I send photos for review by the quality team, it is very clear from the photos that the items are not from the same manufacturer as those pictured on the website. After a two week delay I followed up and was advised ‘items sent match the order details correctly’ and as the items were part of the ‘sale collection’ (literally everything is on sale) there is no refund or return.

I have been asked by you again to submit a review through Trustpilot. Not a single thing has happened since my last review. My details etc have been given to you and I will never purchase again from you. The good were never delivered to me as you know and I never received a refund. …and to be honest I give up and want nothing else to do with your company.

Even though the website says they are an Australian company the products were shipped directly from China. While they look similar to the pics on tue website the material is super cheap and synthetic, definitely not fitting with the price point. I placed my order 3 weeks before going on a holiday thinking it would arrive with plenty of time (due to it coming from Australia and all) only for it to arrive AFTER my 10 day holiday. Lucky really, as I would not have packed them anyway.

DO NOT buy from Pureboho under any circumstances.
There clothing looks amazing,on the site yet it’s cheap Chinese crap that comes in smelly bags that you paid a lot of money for.
And forget trying to get a refund,as you get a discount if you buy 2 or more they say you brought it on sale and NO refunds can be given.
BEWARE 1 star was generous !!!!!!!!!

I almost purchased from this site until I realised they just bymuy cheap knock offs and say "they designed it". One of the dresses I was going to purchased is just photos they stole from an influencer wear a $1500 dress.
I was lucky enough not to purchase after checking a few more photos which were also stolen photos.
Edit: photos are from your own website not an influencer. There are multiple products eg atleast the 5 dresses i looked at which where stolen content from influencers.

Questionable story about who they are.
Very slow shipping from China.
Extremely poor quality.
Very expensive for what you get.
Avoid at all costs.
Update -: I was contacted by Pure Boho after I wrote this review, their apology was generic and no refund or return was offered. Don't waste your time or money.

The item(dress) is not anything like the picture. Had loose threads on hem.
When sent email to their site to ask what return and refund process they have they did not respond
I purchased two items (same product, different size) and they are nothing like the images on the website. Different fabric, cut and quality. I have complained and sent images - but they won’t provide a refund. About to submit a claim tonFair Trading.
Do not buy from this company.
Update. Still no response to my complaint. Have requested Business details so I can submit a complaint to Fair Trading. Still no response.

Where do I start with this completely unethical company. This is a long review but I want you to know exactly the type of business this is in the hope that it helps you make an informed decision.
I had been eyeing off this gorgeous looking pant suit set for a long time. Each time I’d look, I’d love it but then question whether I truly had the money to spend. I loved the ethos they shared on their website about being eco and sustainable friendly in their materials and about being this little Australian designed brand. Finally I bit the bullet and ordered the item along with a couple more items.
I guess my suspicion that something wasn’t right came when I got the shipping details which didn’t mention Pure Boho and instead had a completely different name in a different language. Then I got the product and my gorgeous little slim line pant suit set turned out to actually be more of an oversized tracksuit.
Further to that, it was 95% polyester. Not at all eco friendly. You might be thinking that I should have checked this before I purchased but let me tell you that product pages do not provide details of materials. The only indication of what products are made from is from a number of claims on their landing page like this one “Eco-friendly and artisan-crafted, designed in Australia.” That’s the first lie in that 8 word statement.
The second lie comes from “designed in Australia.”
I was truly shocked at the quality of the product. It looked like something I’d buy on Temu, only I’ve never purchased anything from there because I try and be conscious about sustainability. After attempting to get a refund which they declined on the apparent basis that I got the product I purchased (more on that later) I was absolutely shocked that they could think this. I still had it in my head that if reminded me of the quality I’ve seen from Temu so I decided to, for the first time ever, jump on that website.
It took me exactly 3 minutes to find the exact product, complete with the exact same photographs on Temu! What was all of that about being Australian designed!?! Although I said it looked like Temu, I was genuinely shocked to see such blatant lies without even an attempt to cover them up.
Now for the customer service. After sitting with the terrible products (this example included), and my buyers remorse for a few days, I decided to contact Pure Boho. It started off nicely. I gave them some honestly feedback about my disappointment and they responded with such gratitude (in hindsight it’s probably just a stock response). I felt heard and that they truly wanted to do better.
Then I asked to return the product for a refund and everything went downhill fast. They asked for photos of the product. I sent them photos of their giant tracksuit complete with actual pencil pants over the top so that they could compare sizes, a close up of the tracksuit style belting which looks nothing like the photos on their website and a photo of the label stating 95% polyester. They responded “Our team has carefully reviewed the images and confirmed that the items you received match the specifications of your order. We also did not find any faults or defects with the products. Since these items were part of our sale collection, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or return”
What!?! Are we seriously looking at the same thing? It reminded me of the quote “there is no one more blind than those who aren’t willing to see.”
I then asked again and this time included their statements, their refund policy and the fact that I’d found the same photos on Temu. By this time I was already alerted to the fact that people were clocking them as a scam on social media and on trust pilot so I went through PayPal. I received my refund through PayPal about 30 minutes before I received an email back from them with a copy and paste from the message before. I let them know that if they were serious about doing better then they need to add customer service to the list.
I know that this is a long review but I wanted it to be completely transparent. I’ve seen the replies on here from Pure Boho that would have you thinking that each issue was a genuine error, however my experience would have me believe that this is a drop shipping company similar to Temu that is using key words and imagery intentionally set out to scam Australians. I believe that as a consumer, you should know the entire story before making an informed decision.
Edit - Pure Boho will try and tell you that everything I’ve said is untrue however that is in fact a further lie. My order was #7980 and everything I’ve written is exactly what occurred. If I were able to share screenshots I would.
Further more, I’ve just seen that they’re continuing to do the same thing by having adverts on instagram and I’ve just gone onto Temu and found the exact products in their adverts! Try yourself

Don’t buy from this website ‼️‼️ I should have read the reviews before purchasing; the quality is very cheap and is nothing like what’s shown on the website. The size is completely different from what is indicated in the size guide. I requested a refund or exchange, but those options are not available, and they only offer a €20 credit from what I spent over €110. Furthermore, the credit is only available for 12 hours before expiry. I am very disappointed! Customer service was not very responsive at all until I sent a few follow-ups with an angry tone! Don’t buy, it simply waste your money & energy

Wish I had read reviews on this site before I ordered anything. When I placed my order I did not notice that items would be shipped from China. I ordered a sweater first that still has not been received, and two shirts that are of a poor quality. Beware of both their cancellation and return policies. They make it impossible to make returns. And even though I have not yet received the first order I made over two weeks ago, the items still have not shipped and they won’t let me cancel. Should have stuck with Etsy.

I have been trying to resolve issues with an order (Andra Kimono, Sunshine Shirt & Necklace) since 11 August 2025. The items I received:
Do not match the product descriptions/photos (wrong sizing, wrong design, missing parts like sleeves , poor quality).
Arrived with no fibre content, care, size, or origin labels.
One item broke after a single wear (less than 3 hours)
I have sent 14 emails with photos and details, but The Pure Boho has failed to escalate or provide refund details ($161.50 including shipping).
This is a breach of Australian Consumer Law. I am requesting a full refund and compliance with labelling standards.
Order No. #6699 – 1st July 2025

Do not buy from this Company. The product that I received is nothing like the product in the picture. They will not acknowledge this at all and just keep sending me the same email.

They advertise ‘Australian-made’ but shipping came via China with dodgy tracking. Returns? Non‑existent. Felt totally deceived. Not shopping with them again.

Reply from Thepureboho
Bag arrived completely different—cheap metal fittings and cheap canvas. Support vanished after payment. Serious red flag.

Reply from Thepureboho
A very convincing website but it drop-ships poor quality items directly from PRC. Sneaky returns policy that prohibits returns on any discounted items (all items were discounted when I ordered). Received items after a number of weeks and they were very poor quality imitations of the listing photographs.
