Do not trust this company, once they have your money they will not refund you furthermore they copy and paste the same response and when you ask each day for your refund they respond by saying they are looking into it. Over 2 weeks later still the same copy and paste response. When you say you want your money back and are unhappy especially when you simply changed your mind and did not have any treatments. They respond saying they are sorry I feel that way. In no way taking responsibility for holding onto a customers money for over two weeks other than to act unlawfully. Despicable.

I am making a formal complaint about the shocking treatment I received at your Epsom store from the Store Manager.

Her behaviour was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of acting like a manager, she treated me with a lack of courtesy and made me feel unwelcome. I have never experienced such appalling customer service.

When I asked for her name so that I could make a formal complaint, she deliberately covered her name badge with her hand to stop me from identifying her. I found this behaviour disgraceful and completely unacceptable. A manager should be accountable for their actions, not try to hide their identity when a customer asks for their name.

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in your company. No customer should ever be treated in this way, especially by someone in a leadership position. I expect this complaint to be investigated thoroughly and for appropriate action to be taken. If this is the standard of management in your stores, it reflects very poorly on your company and its values.

Quick and easy friendly helpful staff

Maryna has magic hands. No pain, I enjoyed my first session. I highly recommend her and Therapie clinic. The clinic has a wonderful matériel of new generation.

I am so happy after getting my Botox done from Dr Abigail in therapie clinic Wilton. She is amazing at what she does. I honestly didn't even feel the needles she's so gentle and skillful. I have had Botox done a few times before from other places but my results have never been so good.as they have from Dr Abigail. I would definitely recommend going to therapies and I will continue to go there in future. Thank you to all the staff there for being so helpful and informative

I am trying to book a follow up appointment at a London clinic as I am not happy with treatment. It is impossible to get hold of the clinic as you are routed to a call centre abroad - the staff are lovely but they can’t help. The app also won’t accommodate follow-up appointments. It is taking up a lot of time to do something very simple.

Armani was very friendly today for my laser appointment. She was very caring and even told me in detail how laser hair removal works. I felt very relaxed during this appointment.

Lovely staff. I had Faye and she was very friendly and helpful with advise on the laser treatment I was having. Clinic was very clean and tidy. All therapists were very welcoming.

Truly horrible, horrible experience.
2 years ago I purchased 10 laser removal sessions after going for an initial assessment to evaluate if my hair was suitable for laser. In this assessment, I mentioned concerns over my hair not being thick enough for laser and was reassured by the salesperson that didn’t even take half a second to look at my hair and instead focused on upselling me on creams and lotions that are “mandatory to see any results” that the treatment would definitely work for me.
After the 10 sessions, I saw no hair reduction and it became very clear it had not worked at all. It has taken me close to 2 years of back and forth with the clinic to get someone to look at my hair and re-assess if the treatment worked or not. It was immediately obvious to the technician that there hadn’t been any hair reduction and I was told that a mistake was made in the initial assessment as any trained laser technician would know someone with my hair type and skin tone would not be suitable for laser treatment. However even after that, their clinic costumer service team refuses to admit any wrong doing and are sticking to the decision that it was a suitable treatment.
I feel like I have been completely scammed. I’m currently in touch with the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme and Consumer Protection Bureau as well as other people that have had a similar experience and I plan on taking further action.
I advise everyone to go to a smaller clinic where you’ll actually get personalised treatment that works for you and deal with technicians that actually care!! The cost will seem higher but you’ll see results instead of being strung along forever with the promise that a few more sessions will do the trick.

I first visited Therapie last year for polynucleotide injections and have recently gone back for botox. Both were treatments I'd never had before but in each case, the practitioner explained the process, expected results and aftercare clearly so I was able to make an informed decision to go ahead with the treatment.
Given previous experiences, I'll definitely go back for any future treatments.

I booked my botox appointment and had 3 area done...after 2 week I had topup done as my forehead wrinkles was still there...1.5 month gone my wrinkles are back🤦‍♀️
First time I was in here it was good few years back i wasn't happy same thing no results/ very little after botox injections but i thought maby they've change method, product...
NO....Still the same 😌😌😌

Absolutely appalling customer service. I had a reaction after my first session which has left me with permanent scarring all over my body, this was over a year ago, I raised a complaint and it still hasn’t been resolved. Unable to get through to anyone when I call them, they don’t respond to my emails. Do not make the mistake I made and pay upfront for any treatment. They are very negligent in their duty of care.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Thérapie Clinic Angel.

I booked my Botox appointment by phone and was quoted the standard price of £245 for three areas. During my appointment, the practitioner suggested treating a fourth area. I specifically asked if she could inject the additional area, and she did so without ever telling me that it would cost extra.

Only after the treatment, at reception, was I told that I had to pay £299 instead of £245. I felt shocked because I had never been informed of any additional charge and therefore had no opportunity to decide whether I wanted to pay more.

My complaint is not about the treatment itself, but about the lack of transparency regarding the price. Patients should always be informed of any additional costs before treatment is carried out, so they can make an informed decision.

I hope the clinic will improve its communication and pricing transparency so that other patients do not experience the same situation.
