I received awesome customer service from Anne after my Apple Pay defaulted to the wrong shipping address . When I realized my mistake, I sent a late night message . I woke up to news my shipping address was corrected and my hubby’s Christmas gift will arrive without issue !
The customer service is like no other! I ordered a gift for one of my sons online as a Christmas gift. After I hit submit order, I noticed I forgot to enter in the promo code for the 20% discount. I reached out to customer service and a sweet lady named Anne was very quick to reply letting me know she went in and adjusted the amount charged/gave me the 20% discount from her end. Looking forward to receiving the leather bag I order for my son. I know he will love it!

I finally purchased a backpack for myself, the Standard. After the purchase I didn't receive confirmation of the purchase from The Real Leather Co. I reached out to customer care and received immediate attention. Within a day Rigelle, the person handling my case, solved my issue. It turned out the confirmation had been sent to my other email address that I hadn't checked. Rigelle was quick to handle my concern and very professional.

Just received my Man Bag - great design (lots of individual zippered places to store stuff); light weight, and well made.
But the highlight of my experience was the staff.
Zac was very cordial and generous with discounts - first time customer, promotions, gratitude, etc. Also available to answer questions.
Anne was a particular standout! I had what I thought was an issue with billing. She graciously walked me through the my order history. Turned out I just hadn't read the company's communications with me throughly - in too big a hurry. Once I got my act together everything went smoothly.
As a follow-up, I ordered a Long Wallet. Very eager to use it in my Man Bag.

Wanted to get nephew something special at start his career. Sent nephew the website for the Real Leather Company and several other leather briefcase companies. Nephew chose the Real Leather Company’s Heritage Bag. But Heritage bag was out of stock when i tried to order it. Asked, via company’s website, when Heritage bag would be in stock. Their rep., Rigelle, responded the next day. Then sent several follow up emails to update me as she checked with company warehouse. Rigelle sent email that Heritage bag would be in stock in a few days. Checked website every day. On Monday, Heritage bag was back in stock on website. Immediately ordered bag. Bag was out of stock again by that evening. Nephew (in Idaho) received Heritage bag (shipped international from India) Thursday afternoon. He is very happy with bag. Am happy with company and service proved, especially by Rigelle.
