SCAMMERS !!! Faulty Generator with battery issue delivered it stopped working on the very next day no support from company in-spite making numerous calls, They Tried to charged extra the next following week despite collection done at 10am before end of 7th day on 1st week on top threatening to collect equipment which was collected already once explained after numerous emails, wats up chats. After a month Charged £117 directly from bank without notice for fuel without checking with team in spite sending video clips and pictures as proof...
chasing over 2 weeks for refund all they are full of Escuse

Don't hire from these guys, promise the world and don't delivery. Hire Generator to support a local Nursery, Generator turn up with wrong length cables that were required at the last hour, leaving me to source cables locally at a massive cost due to last minute. Still charge me for the cables they supplied wrong and offered no compensation for there muck up.

Very unreliable, they cancelled the last minute our generator and messed up our entire event.
We still had to pay for our speakers and this company barely even apologised!
Stay away from them at all costs!

The company phoned me a day before delivery of a cherry picker informing me that the model I wanted was not available and could they deliver another.
I replied that that was fime providing it was an off road vehicle similar to the one I wanted.
The cherry picker was delivered next morning when I had informed them I wouldn't be home until the afternoon.
Next day was Good Friday weekend and we had a window of opportunity to paint our building.

Unfortunately the cherry picker was not designed for rough terrain so we could not complete our job.

I called first thing on the Tuesday morning (after Bank Holiday) to ask for a resolution (we had paid £594). Five days later I have still no reply.

I would really like another Cherry Picker like the one I ordered originally so I can book labour in again to complete the job.

After the initial response from Thermaright I am still awaiting a response.

Everything was delivered on time and as quoted excellent service

They guys on the phone made it really easy to understand exactly what we needed to get power at our event.
