I had a problem with the guitar I purchased from Rock Inn. However they offered me a full refund. I chose to keep the guitar and they refunded the some money for the repair. I would highly recomment Rock Inn. It would seem they look after their customers. Thankyou

I bought a Cole Clark Angel 2 Thin Line. Price was great. Communication was a bit hit or miss probably at least in part because of the time zone difference with them in Australia and me in the USA. The ad photos for the guitar were not photos of the actual guitar. I asked for photos (several times) to be sent before they shipped so I could approve but they did not send them and shipped the guitar anyway. Fortunately, the guitar arrived safe and sound and in good condition and I like the look enough to keep it. But had I not it would have been a nightmare of returning the guitar for refund or exchange. If I could make two suggestions it would be to only post ACTUAL photos of the guitars being sold in your online ads and then try to do better with your communications. I'm only taking off one star for those two issues. Other than those, the transaction went smoothly and the price was excellent.

Fantastic service, great communication and when I sadly had to cancel a transaction at the last minute due to tax problems, they didn't try and avoid it, they cancelled the transaction and were professional and courteous. Totally recommend them to you and didn't treat me like a 'bad customer'. Try them out, really decent service and some great deals there too!!

Dealing with a specialist you get to feel comfortable with prices and assessments alike because even though there business needs to make profit to survive they have a pretty grounded opinion on what they are dealing with in the relevant market so as to satisfy customers requirements but maintaining their status as experts in the field...in other words they are fair to the deals for both parties..my opinion anyway.

A friend told me about The Rock Inn and you guys stock parts for electric guitars. WOW, your website was easy to follow and prices great. Shame about the postal service though, next time I will visit your store. Only if I had known about The Rock Inn sooner, would have saved a lot of time and money. Most definitely seeing y’all again.

Very easy to transact and shipping to Sydney was very fast. The description about the guitar I purchased was spot on accurate. It is my first US Strat and the tone is absolutely amazing. I have had many copies over the past 20 years but this one blows them all away. It was a sound I was chasing for a long time. Highly recommended to anyone and hope to do business again with you guys!

I was after their Fender custom shop pre-owned. The delivery was the speed of light. Too good to be true with the condition as described. Couldn't believe this isn't brand new! The set-up is also something great along with new strings. This is golden.
