Very happy with the rug , excellent quality also very satisfied with the service, all queries were immediately dealt with both by phone and email.
The rug was delivered by GLS and they almost spoiled an otherwise good experience. I found GLS to be atrocious in communications.

We always try to buy as local as we can get and are very happy to have found the Rug Loft. Mark is great to deal with. We had a query on delivery times and left a message. He sent us an email and followed up with a call! The rug itself is beautiful and adds colour and warmth to the room. Thank you!
