We were very pleased with our new rug. It looks absolutely perfect in our living room. It was also delivered with care and arrived very promptly.

What a terrible experience!!!
I’m not sure if all the nice reviews are real or fake because my experience was as terrible as it can be. First they sent the wrong carpet then they arranged collection with out a time frame which made me wait all day at home and the collection person did not show up! 😮
No phone call nothing till the next day when they emailed apologising and arranging following day for collection, this time with a two hour time frame 2-4 in the middle of the day that basically takes another day from you ! What a waste of time and such a nerve - wracking experience with this unorganised company!
Awful service!
I do not recommend and will never buy again !

Upon review, it appears the issue was caused by an error on our supplier’s side, as the correct item details were provided from our end but the wrong product was dispatched. While this was outside of our direct control, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused you.
Regarding the collection, these are scheduled as full-day services, so the courier may arrive at any point up until the evening. We understand this can be disruptive and regret any lack of clarity around this.
We can confirm the item has now been returned to our warehouse and a full refund has been processed.
We truly regret the overall experience and are working closely with our suppliers to help prevent situations like this in the future. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience next time.
