What a terrible experience!!!
I’m not sure if all the nice reviews are real or fake because my experience was as terrible as it can be. First they sent the wrong carpet then they arranged collection with out a time frame which made me wait all day at home and the collection person did not show up! 😮
No phone call nothing till the next day when they emailed apologising and arranging following day for collection, this time with a two hour time frame 2-4 in the middle of the day that basically takes another day from you ! What a waste of time and such a nerve - wracking experience with this unorganised company!
Awful service!
I do not recommend and will never buy again !

Easy to order. Much cheaper than purchasing from a well known high street retailer. Although website said there might be delivery delays my rug arrived within 4 days. Looks great. Have purchased two more rugs from them.

A very easy website to navigate and order from. Products are very competitively priced. Our rug was delivered by the date given and regular updates on processing and delivery were really appreciated.

I bought 3 rugs from the rug shop. All were as described, reasonably priced & delivered within the promised timeframe. I had to send the first rug back (colour didn’t match the intended room) and the process was easy & the communication with Anurag was excellent. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended.
