We have used this company for our Food Hygiene and Allergen training for many years. The staff have a high pass rate and all say that they find it informative, engaging and easy to understand. The customer service is always friendly and helpful when needed to extend a course over the required time.

Very easy to access the course material. The content is well laid out, concise and clear. I particularly enjoy the video lessons with the two guys.
Initially I had a technical issue (problem was my end) that I emailed about, almost immediately I was contacted by Judith, who was very helpful and assisted in resolving the problem.

Angela Croot has been extremely helpful in providing us with 'dummy' training codes for the Food Safety training which our students use before they undertake their work based learning placements. She has also been very prompt when answering our email enquiries, making our lives easier.
