One of my 4 bottles had leaked when arrived, communication with the company was easy and quick and they replaced all 4 bottles without me asking. All 4 perfumes smell like the originals.

Lovely perfumes that last for ages

The service I've had off The Scent Reserve is really good. My Latest delivery has been delayed or lost by the courier. Spoke to Pedro who was very apologetic and has kindly sent out a new order. Which should arrive promptly.

Sons 14th birthday today
Sons 14th birthday today. He opened it with huge smiles. Said it smells just like the real strongly intensely and is super happy with his testers too.
Lovely to be able to buy a gift bag too. The testers did seem to be leaking a bit on arrival but not enough to loose the lot. He looking forward to trying them all out and have promised him some more as part of his bday pressie which he is made up about

I had a problem with my order not being delivered, I emailed the customer service team and informed them of this development.
I had a very quick response and Pedro was absolutely Fantastic sorted me a new delivery which came SO fast I couldn't believe how amazing the fragrances smelt.. If I could give them a twenty out of twenty I would..
I will be purchasing again from them.

Ordered 2 lots of the 4x £29.99
Ordered 2 lots of the 4x £29.99 - first lot never arrived (lost in transit with Evri) contacted both Evri & the scent company & heard nothing other then they are looking into it by someone called Ashley! This was back in june!!!!! Ordered a second lot as needed for my holiday Wednesday. Had nothing updated since the day after order saying it’s on the way but yet still hasn’t arrived. Absolutely shocking. Will not order again. Don’t waste your money and go somewhere else

I am very impressed with these fragrances. They all smell amazing, last well, and I always receive compliments whenever I wear them. My favourites are 284, 133, and 175—I would definitely buy them again and again.
The delivery was quick and efficient, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’m now looking forward to purchasing the house fragrance. Highly recommended!

Very poor delivery and quality
Very poor delivery as took 9 days due to what they called courier issue and, they smell nothing like the real thing. Got the Fahrenheit one, smells nothing like the real one I have. Don’t think I will be buying again. Very poor quality
