I have been ordering my fragrance's…

I have been ordering my fragrance's from the Scant reserve for quite some time now and all I can say is WOW! They smell absolutely incredible and the smell lasts all day and night! I'm not joking! Absolutely incredible! They have all sorts of fragrance's for both male and female and they even have a very large range of unisex fragrance's.
What has actually put me in the position to leave this review is, I had an unfortunate issue with one bottle from my order which for the record it's the only one that's happened in over a year of ordering from Scent reserve. Basically I emailed they're site regarding the issue and Pedro the customer service agent was right on the ball, not only did he send me another fragrance to replace the broken one, there was no charge for the postage or product. And he did all this before even asking me for proof of the defective bottle. What an incredible dedicated service to they're customers! 5 Star rating all the way.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, used these about 4 times. pedro was brilliant and fast to act when I realised I received 1 wrong scent. They smell like the real thing but last longer! I received my order literally next day!!

Love scent reserve

Pedro was so helpful tonight when I was struggling to place my order, love Scent Reserve perfumes, smell great and excellent value. Would like them to do a dupe of Coco Madmoselle though if possible 😜

Brilliant Service

Service is brilliant. The shipments are unfortunately via Evri, which are always problematic, however The Scent Reserve themselves are proactive and immediately on hand to help. Pedro in particular was extremely helpful in resolving my issue and ensuring my order completed.

This combined with the products makes for excellent and reliable service.

Paco Rabanne One…

I did not like the Paco Rabanne One million at all, it did not smell like the real one. It was too strong with a different fragrance tone.

I would love to give my experience

I would love to give my experience, I did unfortunately get a bottle of scent , this time on ordering with a spray that didn’t work properly. So I emailed and the response and the quickness of Pedro sorting out the issue was fantastic. I highly recommend the fragrances to my friends at all times and now will be happy to add this about the company .,thank you sharon

First time I've bought from the scent…

First time I've bought from the scent reserve, very happy with the fragrances. There was a issue with my order, the wrong product was included. I contacted them and within 5 mins it was sorted with the new package being dispatched. Fantastic customer service.

Fast action

Had an order that seemed to be damaged by the courier with items missing. I emailed The scent Reserve and within minutes Pedro had responded. He was very helpful and understanding. Resolved in less than 5minutes. Thank you Pedro the Superhero

Great value for money

I purchased 4 100ml bottles 185, 182, 297 and 103.
Dispatched really quick and excellent products, except for one i found 103 very skin irritant, to the point where it felt that my skin was on fire. I had to get back in the shower to remove it.
But the other 3 are perfect with no irritation.
Personally I will be staying away from 103 but I will definitely be purchasing the other 3 again. Great value for money.

The Scent Reserve is the best company…

The Scent Reserve is the best company I’ve ever had any dealings with. I order from here because the men’s fragrances are unreal and exactly like the designer brands with nowhere near the cost bracket. Today 13th July I’ve had to contact customer service due to an issue with Royal Mail (courier issue) and Pedro dealt with this amazingly quick and got the issue sorted there and then. Thank you Pedro. A***** service and products.

Scent didn’t last

Scent didn’t last, one no real scent but burning sensation when applying- it was a free sample with paid postage on reflection a waste of the postage

Avoid this brand. They refuse to replace bad batches.

I loved my first bottle of No. 141, so I bought 8 more to give to my friends as gifts, as they loved it too. Sadly, the new batch was heavily diluted, and the scent completely disappeared in less than an hour. It was so embarrassing to give my friends gifts that didn't work.I didn't even ask for my money back at the start. I just asked them to send me 8 bottles of the same high quality as my original one. Instead of helping, they dragged out the emails for days. They even blamed their bad replies on a "glitchy AI bot" and told me that they fixed his responses now so he won't be saying that 'you may have a point, this can happen' from now on! Unbelievable! In the end, they claimed their lab test of their "investigation" trumps the real-world experience of me and my friends. They chose to hide behind a 30-day policy (even though the bot said they'd investigate as, I had a point, and that could happen) rather than just sending the quality product I actually asked for. Do not trust them for gifts. I only found out after my friends told me. And I still have my original bottle which I used to compare the 1 of the 8 bottles i kept for myself. But apparently, this doesn't count or has any merit!

I have the email that you specifically state that it is indeed an AI bot. Please refer to the email thread for verification. Happy to include a verbatim copy of that email for your reference.

Replying to response: I didn't ask for a refund, I just asked you to back your perfume. If you believe in your product, and to restore your customer's faith, who actually liked your product, you simply resend it. That's all I initially asked. But I guess there's something there to worry about. Let people draw their own conclusions, I will stop here.

After receiving your concerns, we tested the batch your fragrance came from with our expert fragrance team. Based on their assessment, we were unable to identify any issues with the formulation or quality of the batch.
We were first contacted regarding the second order approximately three months after it had been delivered. As our returns and quality guarantee policy covers issues reported within 30 days of receipt, we were unfortunately unable to offer the replacement you requested.
We're also sorry for any confusion caused by our automated email responses. We continually review and improve these to ensure customers receive clear and accurate information.
