We are totally delighted with our pads and sponges. Much better than we thought. Last well and thrilled that we are no longer having small amounts of plastic left on our crockery and cutlery. We were... See more

We've been purchasing Seep products for years. They are easy to use, do a very good job, and it is good to purchase environmentally friendly products. Keep up the great work, Seep Team, and we look forward to seeing more products.

Great product and I like that it's better for the world too.

I was really impressed with the quality and durability of the products...Every time I wear out a sponge, I realise that I have another one in my cupboard, as I bought 12, they are just brilliant and do that job. 5 stars. Would highlightrecommend

I am really glad I found Seep products. I am very happy with the durability of the sponge scourers and am so pleased to find an alternative to the horrible plastic ones. I particularly like the pop up sponges & use them in the shower, again a great alternative to a plastic scrunchy.

These sponges are great. Had for about 3 weeks now and it still looks as good as when it first arrived. They take a bit of getting used to as they are a lot firmer than the nasty plastic ones (but you can give them a good ring out), but sooooo much better and last way longer. Great product and would definitely recommend.

I really love the concept behind Seep – as a plastic-free alternative that aligns with my values. The brand clearly puts thought into reducing waste, and I was happy to make the switch from supermarket sponges.
However, the product just isn’t robust enough. I’ve found myself going through one sponge every fortnight, which feels excessive for something meant to be eco-friendly. At the current price point, this isn’t sustainable for my budget either.
I really want to support brands like Seep, but I’d love to see improvements in the sponge’s durability to make it a more practical, long-term swap.

I bought a box of the eco sponge Scourers a couple of weeks ago. The idea of long life eco scourers is great but I won't be getting them again. Because they are 50% loofah, they are stiff and inflexible. Makes using them for small items like, eg, wine or sherry glasses impossible as they either can't get in or can't get to the bottom. Also can't use where I need to get into nooks and crannies. Great for larger items that I can't put in the dishwasher.

Love the ethos behind this company. I've used the products for a while now and love how they are plastic free. Especially love the sponge cloths - they are our kitchen must have and then I pop them in the composter once they're done!

I have recently bought more of Seep's products and I'm yet to be disappointed. The Copper Scourer is a new favourite and is so good for cleaning old pans and baking trays. Highly recommend!

I have just bought a pack of 3 pairs of rubber gloves and after using the first pair for 1 week, one
glove already has a hole! I love the fact that they are plastic free, but come on Seep, they should be better quality than this surely?
Fingers crossed the other 2 pairs are better, but going by other reviews, I don't hold out much hope unfortunately 😕

I would have given 3 stars if I had had a better response from customer services. From reading the responses on their curated review platform (Reviews.io) I would suggest they get a new customer service ethos - ignoring customer experience (eg. One customer sharing their experience if white spirit melting the gloves and being patronised with “sorry you feel this way”) doesn’t sit well with a company that is positioning itself as ethical.
I bought some washing up gloves with great delight and excitement - especially as they are biodegradable and made in my mother’s birthplace - Sri Lanka. These things would be wonderful if they were fit for purpose. They are very thin and fragile and constantly roll down getting water inside them and completely defeating their purpose! I’ve battled on for a week because i really want to Like and use these products but I am giving up now.
I haven’t used any other products- they might all be great, but the gloves need a design review.

I ordered a box of eco sponges and I had some issues with the sponges splitting and they are sending me a replacement box - great customer service. I find the sponges last about the same if not longer than the supermarket plastic ones so I have no complaints and will order more when they run out.

The Seep Eco Sponge is the best eco sponge I've tried - more durable than others and can take a fair bit of use before they fall apart - the box of 12 is intended to be a year's supply and I think that's about right. I don't think it's correct to market them as a scourer, as they are barely abrasive at all and you'll need something else for all but the lightest stains. But as a sponge they're just fine and I'd happily re-order when the current box runs out.

Absolutely love my sponge/scourer! I’ve had it for quite a few months now, and have put it in the dishwasher to clean - it came up practically as good as new. Although the ‘seam’ is beginning to come apart, I use it every day so, compared to the usual sponge/scourers, I’m extremely happy with the product. And doing my small bit for the environment!

Like many other reviewers, I found the quality of these Eco Sponges quite disappointing. The scourers completely fell apart after just a week of very gentle use. Out of curiosity, I tried sanitizing one in the dishwasher as suggested by a company rep — it disintegrated even faster.
I genuinely love the idea behind the product: the eco-friendly concept, the branding, and the aesthetic are all very appealing- design is just superb. But unfortunately, the company really needs to invest in R&D to make the products more robust and long-lasting. Big claims and products that do not withstand any if these.
The cloths were okay, but extremely thin and didn’t last long either. The copper scourers held up slightly better — they didn’t fall apart immediately — but still started to darken and wear out within 3–4 weeks.
On a positive note, the company was responsive and processed the return without hassle, which I appreciated.
There is potential to make it right if these people will admit they need to develop better quality products
