The best part of this app is being able… I was able to copy and paste a screenshot to give to the customer service agent about the nature of my question. That is extremely helpful.

The best part of this app is being able to reach someone with a pulse! It is extremely frustrating on the other dating apps that there is no live chat. And sending them an email usually generates from a stock of responses. The response time was acceptable and I sent it at 12:30 at night. Points!
I did get a solution but it was a bit roundabout. Most the dating apps have a users guide which is much more quickly navigated than the FAQs. so far I’ve learned things by trial and error. It’s been frustrating but if you poke around enough you can end up finding out an answer usually.

Another useless dating site

Another useless dating site. I set up a profile and paid for membership. Won't let me filter by my location. All I kept getting was pop ups to upgrade my membership for more money. Paid for one month but got frustrated and deleted my profile within 30 minutes, Lost $25.

I’m very disappointed in this website…

I’m very disappointed in this website primarily personal choice and the lack of available people apparently in my area, I have tried to cancel the subscription and the system doesn’t recognize my login email or my password so I have no way to continue the cancel, any help would be appreciated

Cooperative team and all tried to resolve my issue which was caused by my Facebook feed suggesting a local dating site was so when in fact turned out to be mostly American and not local to Queensland Australia.

Greasy

I would go lower, but I am trying to be fair… In a big city of Toronto… There’s like three people in my area…

Also super concerned about how hard it is to reach customer service

And how difficult it is to cancel membership… Always find it super great greasy with the automatic renewal every month… When they hide the cancellation and make it super difficult to find.

Visited the site and signed up but then decided it wasn’t for me …

Visited the site and signed up but then after looking around I found that I did not really like it, the layout, the guys, etc. so I chatted with CS and explained and they gave me a full refund. Was very happy with CS.
