All the designs are pretty and original, I love the fact that she’s an army too and do gorgeous clothes for us. She’s super kind and reply pretty quickly when you send a mail to know how your order is going. She always use good materials and it’s good quality products.

When I placed my order it initially took a while to get shipped, but when I reached out I got a swift response informing me there were some issues with suppliers, but they ensured me my jeans would arrive in time. And it came in soon after! Super happy with my purchase, will definitely shop again :D

Great quality, but delivered over a month late. I purchased for BTS concert and they arrived too late.

Very good product!! Just upsetting that I had to wait so long for my orders, I had been buying from them for awhile and was disappointed when they went MIA for a few years not acknowledging unfulfilled orders. I will likely keep buying because I do truly
like their designs and hope their service improves.

I really love this brand ever since it started (I think in 2019/20). The fabric is great and feels really comfortable. I ordered multiple times already and never had any trouble. When I accidentally ordered the wrong item I contacted the service and everything worked out without problems. The only thing that I don't like is the shipping and custom taxes (shipping to germany). In my experience it's like 39 % of the whole price which I think it's a lot (74 % of it are the custom taxes). So the problem is more likely the custom taxes you pay when it arrives. I sadly think they can't change this, so my card just has to bleed a bit more I guess. But really my experience with them was great after all.

Ordered from this shop 31st March, 2026. Paid nearly €132. Goods were never delivered. Sent two emails, no communication received. Stay clear, it's obviously a scam!

I had to wait a week but had emailed to ask if there was an issue with my order and she got back to me fast! She let me know she was sick and immediately sent my order to get shipped so I would have it sooner and not have to wait! It's 100% cotton so it's super soft and has a little weight which is nice! The hood is large and great because most hoods are really small and look weird. I've washed it several times and it stays soft and the embroidery stays on perfectly too! I'm in love with this jacket tbh and definitely plan on buying everything I can from the Svnth Arkive! 💜

Order from this site back in July 2023 but never received my package. went to see if I could get a refund only to see that they have gone out of business. So I don't know what to do now....

Ordered twice. Got one package and decided to order again in November/ December. It's April and I haven't gotten anything. The business is giving no updates or anything. They deleted their website, email, and tik tok. We will take legal actions if that ig account goes too. Give me my items or money back. Stop being silent. My patience is running thin. They need to talk to us through their ig stories. A little transparency would be appreciated.

I ordered a jacket that was labeled ASAP pre-order in November and received no updates about it. It is now APRIL and I'm just now finding out that I have been scammed. I sent an email asking for an update last week and didn't get a response, so I followed up today and instantly got a notification that the email bounced back because the "address does not exist. I went to their IG and there are dozens of comments saying they never got their order and they can't get in touch with anyone. I am just so confused. I put in a second order at the same time as this one and got that product right away. I don't know what made them decide to ghost their customers now, but I am so mad. Not just about the money but that I was scammed by another Army.

I never received my order that I bought back in December. At the rime it was considered a pre order so I was willing to wait. It's now almost March and they haven't given any updates and are not answering dms or emails. I get the feeling I was scammed cause now I find out that their website is just gone. Still no updates.

Still waiting for my order from November 5th. At first, they were responsive, and mentioned 1 of my items was a pre-order and takes longer, but later emailed they would send the other two items, so they would be received by Christmas. Never sent any of the items, and despite several emails being sent, I have received no response from them since December 27th. Now, I see they are closing, so I don't know if I will receive my items. Two stars because initially they were responsive or it would have been 1 star.

Update: I received a response on January 22, 2024 stating that they are having issues and are doing their best to try to resolve the issue, but they do not know when they will be able to fulfill the orders or issue refunds. However, they will do one of those options, but it might be awhile to straighten it out. They insist they will make it right though.

Absolute scam and awful customer service!

Ordered the seven jeans and a few other bits from them in August and never received them so in October I filed a claim with my bank as the team are Absolutely useless at getting back to anyone! Now they're trying to claim that they sent the parcel in August!! We all know from their social media and emails that the jeans weren't sent in August. Trying to scam people out of their money! Absolutely AVOID

I ordered the indigo pants in September and have yet to receive them mid December, I live in the United Kingdom so I can understand if there is a delay or something, I’m just not to sure what is going on. And since the store is now closed I am a bit concerned if it will even arrive? Either that or it is lost
