Got the AGUST D D-DAY sweatpants, rhinestone crop top and jacket. Jacket is decent material but the design is not accurate. It’s not placed in the middle of the back like on the design photos, and the font is so much smaller. mine was literally where my butt is when it’s supposed to be on the middle of the back area. It was down towards the very bottom of the jacket. I was disappointed that it was not like the design photos. the rhinestones crop top was such a HUGE disappointment😭 I’m normally XL-XXL (38DD) and I got the biggest size available which is the 3XL bc I knew it was a crop top so I wanted to make sure I had SOME coverage and atleast SOME reasonable length that ATLEAST covers my boobs. but omg when I feel you the farthest the 3XL top goes to is the very end of my boobs. It barely covers them😭😭 if I raise my hand up it will definitely pop my girls out. Even with my arms down it will show a tiny bit of my under boob bc of the fact that it’s SOOOOO SHORT. I’ve never had this happen to me with ANY crop tops before. I love crop tops and I can usually wear them fine and they usually aren’t as CROPPED as this one. But for some reason this one is sooooooo damn short. if the 3XL barely fit me and I sized up, then that means if you’re bigger than me, then this top will most likely not fit you and ur own boobs. The design of the top also doesn’t look at good irl as it did on the design photos either. Some of the rhinestones are not aligned too, and the print is smaller than in the design photos. the sweatpants fit like joggers with wider bottoms so I was really disappointed with that too bc I expected to get normal sweatpants not jogger style sweatpants. got jacket and sweatpants in XL and it fits perfectly (I’m usually XL-XXL OR 1XL-2XL) except that the jacket was really damn long. please size up on the sweatpants if you want real baggy sweatpants look.

I also got the INDIGO jeans and the FACE lavender grey set so I’m waiting on those to ship. I hope they will be better than this one…

The hoodie was amazing and perfectly sized, also very comfortable and thick.

There was a misunderstanding about the shipping, and I thought that my order wasn’t coming but they eventually emailed me back and cleared up any concerns.

Horrible customer service. I order the RM indigo pants for presale in January. It said it won't be shipped until February 19th. So I didn't think to much about it. After a week or so, I checked the owners account because it has information regarding shipping. It said, it takes up to 5-7 days for the US. When i messaged her she didn't respond.

It took a while to get here but so worth it !

Size chart was not helpful for exactly knowing what you were going to receive.
No model pictures available for each size sold.
Wide leg fit for the XL was too wide to look like the picture.
No refund options
No exchange options.
The pants are way too long for people who are 5’4
But the design is cute and unique. The sizing for larger sizes just needs more attention.

I think my order was lost. I got the notification the my items were in stock and purchased them. The US shipping said to be 5-7 days with another 14 days to prepare the order. It has been 2 months since my purchase. I just wish there was some sort of notice or update that my order was being made or update on expected shipping or if I my order has been cancelled due to limited inventory. I normally wouldn't care if it was official bts merch since that can take time to ship but they have return policies and refunds. I was excited for my stuff so I wasn't caring about the price but I lost my excitement in the fear that I have been scammed.

There was a little mixup with available sizes in the hoodie i order. They contacted me about the mistake and offered to change the size or do a refund, they were so cooperative with my asking questions and in the end i received a sweater that was perfect!! i absolutely love it & i wear it all the time!

Customer service is amazing and my jacket is super fluffy and soft. I reccomend this shop ♡

had ordered a hoodie, but apparently not enough were made so they cancelled the order

I still haven't received my order or heard any updates in regards to it. I know I preordered two of the Bangtan hoodies but the preorder said at the end of September. Alongside this order I got the UGH jacket which I received an email regarding some missing pieces and the shipping getting delayed which was fine. Except the email said I would get an update with shipping info soon. This email was sent in September 5th and I still haven't heard anything I even tried responding to the email. I'm getting frustrated because I paid a lot of money for these and I really like this brand as I have gotten stuff from them before.

I still have not received my order that was supposed to ship October 31. Then it changed to November 28th and it still hasn’t shipped
