I was quickly sent my order but there was a wrong colour for one fabric and I received a quick response to my message re the mistake and received the correct material the next day .

Bought The Brother V3 LE last year and returned to buy a Brother 3034DWT overlocker last week . Great customer service , friendly and helpful with their advice .Super speedy dispatch on both occasions , would highly recommend .

Just found you online, ordered 3 X 2.5mt fabrics for a quilting project I am doing, they arrived very quickly which I was delighted about, not all online shops ship so promptly. I will definitely use again. Thank you.

Nothing is too much trouble. I wanted to see how another fabric fitted in with my main purchase and the ladies were very happy to have a look to see before I bought the fabric.

Website is easy to use and so much to pick from. It was easy to find the type of material I wanted. When my order was unfortunately not going to be fulfilled to the amount I had bought, I received and very polite phone call to let me know one piece was going to be 10cm short and I would be fully refunded that amount. I accepted and the order arrived quickly. The fabrics was beautiful and good quality. Have purchased from here again.

The Sewing Studio has a great range of fabrics in a fantastic variety of formats. I've bought yardage and precuts and they always arrive in good condition. Their prices are comparable to other fabric stores online but their range is better. If I want a quality jelly roll or layer cake for a special project I go to the Sewing Studio.

I ordered my new machine just before 3pm and received it at lunchtime the following day. A great price and brilliant service. I then ordered some extra feet for the machine but made a slight mistake which I realised immediately after my order was confirmed. I rang up and received brilliant service from a friendly member of staff who amended my order appropriately. Brilliant thank you.

Excellent experience. I am new to sewing and was looking forward to purchasing my first machine. This companies description of the machines and the linked videos really helped me. I ordered the Janome 230DC, delivery came next day. Perfect. Will certainly purchase from this company again.

The range of fabrics is excellent as are the prices - often cheaper than eBay stores. Delivery is quick. Queries are dealt with in a professional but friendly manner. This is my Go-To fabric shop. (I bought my sewing machine there too)

One of the fabrics I ordered was out of stock they immediately contacted me to select a replacement. I said I was happy for them to choose a replacement as long as it blended with my other fat quarters. Their choice was perfect and delivery was quick . They demonstrated the machine I was interested in and offered valuable tips and advice for both the machine and the additional accessories and haberdashery required to complete successful projects. I bought the Deal if the Week and it was excellent value. I was disappointed I could not buy the pack of fabric I wanted but my call to the studio was answered and a lovely, friendly person explained why my choice was not available. Delivery was a bit expensive but was super easy and everything was really nicely packaged. Express care had been taken to keep a book I’d ordered in good condition which was really nice to see. I’d definitely recommend and will use them sgain.
