I've just received my lovely group of Blue Dream shrimp. They arrived in perfect condition with an additional complimentary friend, well packaged and protected.
This followed two weeks of help and support from James, whose replies to my queries were instantaneous. Great service, great shrimp.

I ordered some Cherry Shrimp from The Shrimp Factory and couldn’t be happier. The packaging was absolutely excellent — clearly packed with care, and all shrimp arrived healthy and active. Within minutes of acclimating, they were already out exploring and grazing, which tells you just how well they’ve been looked after.

The colour and quality of the shrimp are superb — bright, vibrant, and exactly as described. It’s clear these aren’t just bulk-bred shrimp, but healthy stock raised properly.

Genuinely one of the best online livestock purchases I’ve made. I’ll definitely be returning for more and recommending to others. Top marks all around!

Ordered 10 of the OE Red Demon shrimp on the 22nd of August 2025 just before a bank holiday Monday. There was clear notification on the company website of their polices regarding bank holiday shipping and true to their word the stock was dispatched with immediate effect on the following Tuesday. The shrimp arrived the next day very well packaged, with security and care in mind for the shrimp in transit. Ordered 10 received 11 in case of any DOA's of which there were none. We were sent a good mix of juveniles and young adults all with stunning, solid, consistent colouring. All shrimp were active, inquisitive and feeding after their 3 hour drip acclimatization. An exceedingly professional company who obviously care a great deal about quality, customer service and their shrimps welfare. 10/10 for everything from customer service, packaging and stock quality. We would definitely purchase from The Shrimp Factory again.
