Considerate!!

We got a terrible cold storm and I was so nervous about my plants getting delivered, but then I got an email saying that they would hold onto the plants until this storm got cleared up and the weather wasn’t so terrible so that the plants would be sure to be healthy and happy when they were delivered. They were perfect when they arrived! They were wrapped in insulated bubble wrap, paper, and in really nice thick boxes to make sure that they didn’t get frosted.

Beautiful and high quality

Great quality. Excellent communication regarding delivery. One had to be delayed in shipping due to cold conditions (which I was warned about ahead of time so no surprises) Both are starting to bloom but at slightly different stages which is nice to enjoy them even longer! Will definitely continue to shop here and recommend to others.

Beautiful plant, slow delivery

It took weeks for it to arrive. Yes, it was extra cold for a few days and I know they were holding the product to prioritize the plant's health, but still, the overall experience was not worth the long wait. Prices are on the high side and the amount of packaging is insane. I received a huge box with a tiny plant inside and a lot of plastic used to protect it during delivery. It felt excessive on the packaging. The plant was great quality, beautiful, all perfect in that sense. I would give it a 5 for the plant, a 4 for the packaging, and a 3 for the delivery.

Perfection from start to finish

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with The Sill. From the moment my order arrived, I could tell care and attention had gone into every detail. The packaging was exceptional — secure, elegant, and beautifully presented. It truly felt like opening something special.

Everything was arranged so thoughtfully and tastefully. The presentation was perfection — clean, refined, and clearly designed with intention. It’s rare to receive something that looks just as beautiful in person as it does online, but this exceeded my expectations.

You can tell this company takes pride in what they do. It wasn’t just a delivery — it was an experience. I would absolutely order again and highly recommend them.

Bad Quality control

I paid for this because I wanted a plant that came well potted and ready to go. Unfortunately I got a plant that is terribly planted and growing at a bad angle, I’ll have to redo it and the plant is suffering. Very upset.
