Quick good service
Efficient and prepared to look for sources.

I highly recommend this company if you have any pest problems, their services comes with warranty. If you use this company’s services then you will not search any other pest control company.

I was in such a state after finding rats entering my property. I called Smart pest control and booked an appointment for 2 days later. Ozzie came and was absolutely fantastic. The property is my Grandfathers and is quite old. He could not do enough to help and was here for 5 hours blocking holes and checking the property. It's been 2 weeks on Friday and no movement or sightings. I can't thank Ozzie enough for the peace of mind I now feel and actually enjoy being at home again. Also has a 6 month return policy so any more issues arise then can call them back out. Thank you again for what you have done for me and I will 100% be recommending you to anyone that asks xx

I first requested for services in November 2023. I had mice in my loft. Guy came, very friendly, and sorted it. A month or so later, I started hearing scratches again. I called and they came back to check. The guy found that he had missed some holes and filled them with some 'mesh wires' and foam. Unfortunately, the mice are back again, fix didn't even last 3 months!!

Very poor service, technician did not do his job properly nor he spoke English. Owner cant be bothered resolving any thing. Asked bank for refund. Do not use these cowboys - Insects still crawling every where.

It did not give option to reply I wounder how did you explain the seriousness of the chemical which you would not tell the name of to someone who does not speak English the bed bugs where there and every where since he came no two treatments were told you just lie about every thing cowboys indeed100%

30/08/2024, just left you a voice mail as you dont reply to any msg/phone calls, your handler of Insecticides does not speak English which is against Health and Safety regulations which makes him unaware to fully understand the process, I have your msgs to say wait for three days we are in contract I'm waiting for management to reply etc I complained to you on the second day, third, fourth and up to now but you don't bother to reply. We have a business and I deal with contractors all the time, 13 genuine feed backs to which companies don't reply or try to pull the wools other eyes like you do, not even 5% of people I deal with. I had to instruct another company yesterday. I will issue proceedings purely on principals. Stop robbing peoples hard work money.

Wow the extent of your lies that comes out of your mouth. You employ ppl who don’t speak the language for cheap so what else I would expect from a person like you. Never had any document in person or email and you never called or replied to calls - you left instructions I believe which means nothing if bed bugs continue every day after your treatment within the first three days and beyond - Do not trust this lying business. Will definitely sue you and will update ppl to show his lies once case sorted.

I've had a very professional experience working with Chetin and Smart pest control. Extremely friendly and helpful when I have contacted them.
