Outstanding Warranty and Service!
I have purchased the Snugg case in 2013(!) for the original iPad Air, and believe it or not, am still using the iPad. The Snugg case had served well for all these years but by now became very worn. I accidentally came across the purchase receipt from The Snugg stating that the company offered Lifetime Guarantee and contacted the company. I received a very prompt response from Jim offering a replacement and within 2 days I had a new Snugg case delivered to me. In my book, that's outstanding responsiveness and service by the company! This is a rare case when a company offers lifetime guarantee and honors it with great service and communications with the customer. Another plus is being able to find a replacement for an older version of the iPad (2013)! All in all, it's a 5 stars excellent product, warranty and service by the company! Thank you, Jim!

I bought a beautiful Snugg cover for my iPad 2 in 2015... I ended up not really using the iPad much at all, and was therefore disappointed to see how much the casing had degraded while being stored in a drawer.
I remembered that Snugg had provided a lifetime guarantee with the purchase, so forwarded my original purchase order to them, and they were as good as their word, eight years later! I have just received a beautiful brand-new cover.
The customer service was also prompt, polite & helpful (thanks Jim!).

Snugg guarantee is worthless
I bought several Snugg iPad covers from a Snugg eBay seller (Hello-homeworld) and I registered them for the lifetime guarantee okay on the Snugg website. When one of the covers started to delaminate, I contacted Snugg who advised that the covers are counterfeit and Hello-homeworld is not an authorised eBay seller.
This what they said “ Thank you for sending the confirmation through. I can now see why I could not locate your order; you purchased this from an eBay seller called 'hello-homeworld' which is not us. Our eBay seller's name is ‘snuggofficial’. The product may have a Snugg box and paperwork on it but we do not have distributors so the only way for other sellers to get our goods is if they were already damaged, or in some cases, we have found them to be counterfeit”
So, it seems Snugg are happy to pass on damaged products for third parties to sell on as long as they can then deny all responsibility for them.
Snugg registering an eBay order reference on their website for the lifetime guarantee without query and then denying association when the guarantee is required is simply disgraceful behaviour and makes their guarantee meaningless,
I will never buy another Snugg product nor will anyone else I can influence.

I have been a user of Snugg products for my iPhone for a number of years having been impressed by the lifetime guarantee and the consistently good online feedback.So far I have only changed the cover when upgrading to a different model. Two years ago it was for the iPhone SE, but as that cover has been degrading over recent weeks which with any other company would be regarded as ‘fair wear and tear’ I made an enquiry to check my eligibility for a replacement.Customers services were extremely efficient, and once I had provided photos and a copy of the original order, they sent me a replacement, with absolutely no quibbling.
I cannot think of any other service provider I use on a regular basis that comes close to this level of customer service.So bravo Snugg

I bought a Snugg cover for my iPad mini about 16 months ago and was really pleased with the quality and fit, so much so that I bought the same cover for my iPhone! I recently had a problem with the iPad cover and contacted Snugg who confirmed that it was covered by a lifetime guarantee and sent a replacement within days! Very impressive customer service!
