Serious, committed to their Customers and and overall great company
Starting with the online store website, found it clear and very easy to navigate. The store itself has an excellent selection of products and a very competitive pricing. The overall ordering experience is very easy and straightforward. As I finished my purchase, I accidentally chose the wrong delivery method and would probably not receive my products on time before my trip back home, so, I got in touch with the customer service department to try to pay the difference or try again re-order with the correct delivery company. Just a couple of hours later, I received a message saying they would not only prepare and expedite my order quicker but would upgrade my delivery method at no cost. How amazing, kind and proactive is that? I got so relieved and happy. Felt really cherished and realized this company is truly impressive and everybody should know it. They got a very big fan and I would definitely recommend them to everyone, without a doubt. Flawless work.

I ordered this glycerin soap base and I’m very happy with the quality. The block melts smoothly, has a clean scent, and works perfectly for melt‑and‑pour projects. The texture is clear, consistent, and easy to colour with mica. Packaging was secure and delivery was fast. I will definitely purchase again.
