Very quick and efficient delivery
Very quick and efficient delivery. Needed a different size which were swapped and received just as quickly as first pair. Product is perfect for my needs - slip on wellie type boots for back garden use.

I had an issue with a purchase so I called customer service. The agent was very professional, friendly, had good customer relation skills, was courteous and very effective in expediting my case. Customer service was great. An item i ordered was out of stock and i was notified immediately and offered a few different products or a refund.
Amy went out of her way to pull out the alternates and advise me which was the best replacement for us.
